The hotel was excellent! The metro station is right next door, making it super easy to get around. There’s a food court and supermarket just below the hotel, and plenty of dining options nearby. The location is truly superb. It is near to anywhere. Our host was very kind and spoke English fluently, so don't hesitate to talk with them about anything. The room was superb!!—very clean and fully equipped. You can cook, do laundry, and there's even a hair dryer and many movies in the TV. The bed is spacious with plenty of pillows. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Shanghai!!

My reservation was upgraded without a charge. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how convenient everything is. If you go downstairs by the elevator, basement level 1 has a food court with a lot of choices and No. 8 subway station entrance is right there as well. So literally you can go anywhere without having to leave the building. Although the building is right next to an open Mall, it is very quiet if you need a lot of rest. There are quite some businesses in the Mall including a grocery store "ALDI", a SPA and a Starbucks. If you go around the nearby neighborhood, you can find lots of other eateries and stores because of the population of the local residents. It is indeed a bustling place. Basically, it is within 30 mins of train ride to go to all the major attractions. The top well known university "Tong Ji University" is not that far either. Communication with staff members are also fantastic. I needed to travel light in the country and they are willing to keep my big luggage in the office for more than a week before my 2nd stay with them. Staff members are also very willing to receive and keep my online order delivery in their office before I can get them.

Excellent experience of my stay here. Manager is very helpful and thoughtful. We can ask him any questions. Location is convenient, just right on the same building of the metro. Supermarket is also on the first floor. Anyway, it’s a good choice for the family.

My reservation was upgraded without a charge. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how convenient everything is. If you go downstairs by the elevator, basement level 1 has a food court with a lot of choices and No. 8 subway station entrance is right there as well. So literally you can go anywhere without having to leave the building. Although the building is right next to an open Mall, it is very quiet if you need a lot of rest. This is by far the best stay I've had in Shanghai. It truly feels just like home – the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from cooking utensils to a washing machine. The heating is wonderfully warm, and the hot water comes up to temperature super quickly, making it easy to get the perfect shower. The location is convenient – there's a great restaurant right downstairs, a hair salon nearby, and the metro is just a step outside the door. Absolutely recommended, and I'll definitely be booking again on my next trip!

Initially, we chose this place mainly because of the availability of laundry machine inside the room. It turned out it is a rather convenient location. It is in a residential building and there are a Metro station (line 8) and a shopping mall connected to the building. There are a variety of local restaurants and shops in the mall. This gave us the opportunity to experience the local life/culture. We could get to many popular tourist spots within a 30 mins metro ride. Also, Samuel and Lisa (our hosts) are very nice, helpful and sweet.

We loved this place. Big enough for a family of 4 and modern/clean. The check-in was easy once you realize you are in a high rise attached to a mall. With tons of food options, an Aldi, and other stores at your doorstep, it is extremely convenient.
To get around, you have the metro 8 line that connects on level B1…which is also super convenient. There is also a beautiful park a block away…don’t miss that.
When we checked in, Samuel was there to greet us, show us inside and answer any questions. There was also some welcome fruit in the fridge. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

Leleju Apartment is conveniently located with B1 directly connected to Line 8’s Anshan Xincun subway station (open from 10 AM to 10 PM). It takes only 1–2 minutes to reach the station from the unit, and most places in Shanghai are accessible within 30–45 minutes by subway.
The building is quiet, clean, and well maintained. An insulated glass door separates the B1 food court from the residential area, minimizing noise and ensuring privacy. There are several popular restaurants within a 2-minute walk, such as Suxiaoliu and Xiaoyang Shengjian. A nearby supermarket offers fresh fruits and beverages.
Our one-bedroom unit was spacious compared to typical hotel rooms and well equipped with a full-sized fridge, stove, washer, microwave, and high-quality slippers. The staff were friendly and responsive, reachable by phone or WeChat.
Note: Leleju’s reception is on the 5th floor, separate from the main lobby.
