Hotel ini sangat baik! Stesen metro terletak betul-betul bersebelahan, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk dilalui. Terdapat medan selera dan pasar raya betul-betul di bawah hotel, dan banyak pilihan tempat makan berdekatan. Lokasinya benar-benar hebat. Ia berdekatan dengan mana-mana sahaja. Hos kami sangat baik dan fasih berbahasa Inggeris, jadi jangan teragak-agak untuk bercakap dengan mereka tentang apa-apa. Bilik itu hebat!!—sangat bersih dan serba lengkap. Anda boleh memasak, mencuci pakaian, malah terdapat pengering rambut dan banyak filem dalam TV. Katilnya luas dengan banyak bantal. Saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada sesiapa yang mencari tempat tinggal di Shanghai!!

Everything was great. Lisa made everything very easy and convenient in check in and out. The communication was excellent. The apartment was nicely furnished and had all of the comforts of home. The view was amazingly beautiful. Thank you, I'll definitely return when I come back to Shanghai.

Initially, we chose this place mainly because of the availability of laundry machine inside the room. It turned out it is a rather convenient location. It is in a residential building and there are a Metro station (line 8) and a shopping mall connected to the building. There are a variety of local restaurants and shops in the mall. This gave us the opportunity to experience the local life/culture. We could get to many popular tourist spots within a 30 mins metro ride. Also, Samuel and Lisa (our hosts) are very nice, helpful and sweet.

Excellent experience of my stay here. Manager is very helpful and thoughtful. We can ask him any questions. Location is convenient, just right on the same building of the metro. Supermarket is also on the first floor. Anyway, it’s a good choice for the family.

We loved this place. Big enough for a family of 4 and modern/clean. The check-in was easy once you realize you are in a high rise attached to a mall. With tons of food options, an Aldi, and other stores at your doorstep, it is extremely convenient.
To get around, you have the metro 8 line that connects on level B1…which is also super convenient. There is also a beautiful park a block away…don’t miss that.
When we checked in, Samuel was there to greet us, show us inside and answer any questions. There was also some welcome fruit in the fridge. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

Leleju Apartment is conveniently located with B1 directly connected to Line 8’s Anshan Xincun subway station (open from 10 AM to 10 PM). It takes only 1–2 minutes to reach the station from the unit, and most places in Shanghai are accessible within 30–45 minutes by subway.
The building is quiet, clean, and well maintained. An insulated glass door separates the B1 food court from the residential area, minimizing noise and ensuring privacy. There are several popular restaurants within a 2-minute walk, such as Suxiaoliu and Xiaoyang Shengjian. A nearby supermarket offers fresh fruits and beverages.
Our one-bedroom unit was spacious compared to typical hotel rooms and well equipped with a full-sized fridge, stove, washer, microwave, and high-quality slippers. The staff were friendly and responsive, reachable by phone or WeChat.
Note: Leleju’s reception is on the 5th floor, separate from the main lobby.

My reservation was upgraded without a charge. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how convenient everything is. If you go downstairs by the elevator, basement level 1 has a food court with a lot of choices and No. 8 subway station entrance is right there as well. So literally you can go anywhere without having to leave the building. Although the building is right next to an open Mall, it is very quiet if you need a lot of rest. There are quite some businesses in the Mall including a grocery store "ALDI", a SPA and a Starbucks. If you go around the nearby neighborhood, you can find lots of other eateries and stores because of the population of the local residents. It is indeed a bustling place. Basically, it is within 30 mins of train ride to go to all the major attractions. The top well known university "Tong Ji University" is not that far either. Communication with staff members are also fantastic. I needed to travel light in the country and they are willing to keep my big luggage in the office for more than a week before my 2nd stay with them. Staff members are also very willing to receive and keep my online order delivery in their office before I can get them.

Die Freundlichkeit und der Service waren jeder Zeit gegeben. Für uns war es der optimale Startpunkt um Shanghai zu erkunden. Mit der Metro Line 8, die direkt unter dem Gebäude hält kommt man in wenigen Minuten zum Peoples Square.

Lisa and Samuel were gracious hosts. Transportation was arranged, and the driver arrived right on time to pick my husband and me up later that day. After a long flight, I needed medication for a cold. Samuel walked me to a pharmacy where he explained to the pharmacist what I needed. Additional cooking utensils were required and were promptly brought over. Access to the train station through the basement was excellent! The location was 20 to 30 minutes from all the attractions we wanted to see and do. We would definitely stay there again when in Shanghai.

Arranged airport transfer pick-up via them upon arrival as we came with the kids and had few huge luggage bags with us.
Upon arrival, Samuel was there for a meet-n-greet and he led us to the apt and brief us on the introductory for Shanghai. Check-in was there at the apt and it was easy breezy.
The area was very very convenient as the metro station 鞍山新村 was right beneath the apt and accessible via B1 level.
Shanghai public transport is definitely a well-connected network that will bring u to ur destination of interest, coupled with 大众点评 and Amap apps usage. Disneyland, Bund and Nanjing walking street is a must-go when visiting Shanghai. If u have time, go outwards to the outer 外环 areas to experience a more local feel.
Overall, the family vacay stay at Shanghai was a pleasure especially when u know there was a clean n kept accom to come home at the end of a tiring outing.

We had a great time staying in the apartment. Very convenient location - the subway station is just under the building. Lisa and Jojo were so helpful. I recommended the location to everyone.

The hosts Lisa, CiCi and Samuel are the friendliest persons ever countered 👍
Arranged airport transfer pick-up via them upon arrival as we came with the kids and had few huge luggage bags with us.
Upon arrival, Samuel was there for a meet-n-greet and he led us to the apt and brief us on the introductory for Shanghai. Check-in was there at the apt and it was easy breezy.
The area was very very convenient as the metro station 鞍山新村 was right beneath the apt and accessible via B1 level.
Shanghai public transport is definitely a well-connected network that will bring u to ur destination of interest, coupled with 大众点评 and Amap apps usage. Disneyland, Bund and Nanjing walking street is a must-go when visiting Shanghai. If u have time, go outwards to the outer 外环 areas to experience a more local feel.
Overall, the family vacay stay at Shanghai was a pleasure especially when u know there was a clean n kept accom to come home at the end of a tiring outing.
