房東很友善 很願意提供協助 在麗江古城裡 離食肆購物等都十分便利 與在古城中心地帶不一樣，住宿地點較寧靜安靜亦較安全 再次感謝房東的接待

房間乾淨，離公車站近，最重要的老闆很客氣，服務態度很好。

早餐太簡單，房間太小

房間偏小內無桌椅，只有一個電視櫃（放了東西就無法看電視囉～我很多東西都只能放地上了～但還算乾淨！隔音不好，半夜樓上有人跑跳聲跟清晨五時半就有洗衣機的吵雜聲。熱水會呼冷呼熱，出入還算方便。房東人很好，有免費點心水果可以享用！

This is truly a great place. Yan is a great host who speaks very good English and helped us with everything, including booking a trip to Shanghai-la. We were there with our 1.5 yr old daughter and received all the help from the staff to make our stay comfortable. The place is very cozy pretty much inside the old town of Lijiang and also very accessible by taxi. Definitely recommend to stay here!

The room is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The owner speaks English and uses WeChat to keep us posted. The only complaint is it may take sometimes for the hot water to arrive, and the room is a bit cold. Moreover, the hotel is situated in the center of Lijiang old town, which makes travelling easier and saves time.

What can I say. I loved the hotel and staff. Yang is very helpful and speaks excellent English. He met me on the street where my taxi dropped me off and took me up to the hotel (it is up some stairs) and carried my suitcase for me. He will provide you with a map of Old Town Lijiang and explain how to reach the various locations. The hotel is nice with a lovely courtyard and my room had a view of the Snow Mountain as well as the landing outside my room. The hotel has 2 floors, so no elevator. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores as well as to Old Town. I loved staying here, and if I go back and am able to climb stairs (since I am getting old), I would stay there again.

The hotel's location is convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The shower room is outdated and not very clean.

The room is so cold. Heater is not efficient. Need to be improved on this. Beside that service is good

Great atmosphere in the old city, and amazing location for visiting everything to offer in Lijiang. Washrooms not up to major hotel standards but expected due to the location right inside a UNESCO site.

Good location, free upgrade, helpful owner. Overall very satisfied for 2 nights stay. Close to old town yet public bus is nearby, Just a short uphill stairs from the main road.

This place was so cute! A little inn tucked away at the eve of the Lijiang Ancient town. So well maintained by a family I think, and the complementary breakfast was so quaint and prepared by the managers mother I think. To get here you have to climb some steep olden times stairs, so if you do need help the staff are incredibly helpful here. The external doors are locked late but worth asking when as we had a wedding and had to wake the manager to let us in - we felt very sheepish after that!

Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. My room was comfortable, modern, and spotless – exactly what you hope for. The host truly stood out; they were so friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my visit, offering assistance whenever needed. The complimentary airport pickup was a huge bonus, making arrival seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Nice location and quiet as well.

Staff is very nice and helpful, the room is roomy for 3 to 4 peoples. I can walk easily to all area with no problem. I only thinks I found is if you stay during winter or cool season heating is very weak .

It would be nice if free hotel parking is provided.

民宿地理位置好找，楼下各种餐馆都有，吃饭方便。室内住宿较舒适。老板人挺好的，给我们分享了一些本地旅游点，早上还给我们泡茶，但是玉龙雪山的旅行团就不建议大家参加了。

The hotel was located in old town big complex, and it is nice enough that the hotel not located too center (just 2-3mins from the street) inside the old town, because it will be troublesome for travelers to bring their luggage if it is too centered. The staff who managing the hotel when we were there very helpful on helping us booking some tours. He gave so many informations for us about the old town too so that we can enjoy it in a nice way. He even gave us some tips to avoid taking some expensive tour from people who will do hard-sell to us (proven). Keep the good work, 5-stars for the 5-A staff.
