My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, every moment was handled with professionalism and care.
All the staff members we encountered were polite and eager to assist, contributing hugely to the warmth and hospitality of the hotel.

整體十分滿意,而且酒店直達太古滙,超級方便,廣州旅遊必選的酒店.
提議浴室放一張椅子,令老人更換衭子時不會跌倒,今次我每天都要搬門口位的椅子入浴室內,給老人家坐下穿換衣服,有點累😅

Overall the hotel is cozy and spacious. Beddings are comfy. But I found a used false eyelashes on the wall in the bathroom... I guess it was from guests previously staying...
I've told the hotel and they offered late check in and clean up the room again... but still after the cleaning the eyelashes are still there...
Breakfast with a lot of variety but the taste is just average.
Overall the stay is pleasant.

我訂的是雙床房，非常寬敞，完全沒有壓逼的感覺！入住當天亦有透過前台職員預約了按摩服務。
按摩師十分專業，肯定會跟其他朋友推薦！
