Es un hotel sobrio y cálido. Tiene un excelente servicio a las habitaciones. El personal del lobby y concierge están siempre dispuestos. La variedad del buffet del restaurante combina excelentemente la cocina local con la internacional.

The front office staff is very nice in arranging adjacent rooms for our families (4 rooms); she's detail oriented and friendly for our check in and check out process. Just a bit inconvenient for the location as there's underground train construction going on - it takes 10 mins to cross the road to the opposite side (which has a big supermarket and other shops).

酒店設施及房間質素只屬一般, 可能因為酒店比較舊的原因, 酒店大堂服務員服務態度亦只屬一般, 但位於酒店28樓負責行政樓層club lounge兩位女同事, 服務態度非常友善及有禮, 值得一讚, 餐飲方面, 酒店內的中餐廳食物水準非常差勁, 就連街邊的小餐廳都還比他們好, 有大大的改善空間, 值得一讚的還有位於大堂的 coffee shop, 他們提供的自助早餐, 冷,熱,中,西不同款式的食物多的是, 還有一個驚喜是餐廳提供新鮮冷搾果汁, 並不是"果汁先生", 很不錯啊

酒店前檯服務親切有禮，房間和洗手間寬大舒適，美中不足是洗浴間有一邊門縫沒有封邊，令洗澡水外濺弄得洗手間一大灘水。停車場車位充足，停車位寬落易停，本來電子感應閘口設計很好，可惜申請免費出車手續繁鎖，出車時 concierge 那位仁兄面黑如墨斗，check out 後出車對了房號姓名因為酒店未 update 已退房信息而對客人諸多刁難，令人惡心，可謂一粒老鼠屎搞黃一鍋粥，對酒店良好服務的印象因而一筆抹煞了。

The room is clean but a little bit outdated, the furniture seem old but overall it's comfortable, I slept well and enjoy it. unfortunately, I did not have time to enjoy the hotel 's facility and hopefully I 'll on my next vsit.
