Top notch service. Very Americanize style.

一個有名的品牌，但開業已久有點舊 酒店服務員很有禮貌，還給我們升級大一點房間 但可惜浴室去水不太暢順，床褥枕頭太軟，我們不合適 。餐廳食物水準有保證，整體感覺良好 。

在中国非洲论坛期间，酒店安检非常糟糕。 为了公平对待所有客户，酒店应该为所有其他客户提供更好的安排。

管家服務非常貼心

床太软，不舒服，订的双床，结果只有大床

服務好到會嚇一跳，感覺是北京唯一空氣清新的地方

服務體貼，環境安靜而方便。早上可以請管家準備現煮的咖啡，傍晚入夜前則有happy hour可享小食和飲品，為晚上的活動稍事休息。健身房和泳池也設備齊全，是一趟很愉悅舒適的旅行。

A great hotel at the convenient area of Beijing, Comfort and Nice for business stay.

very convenience location and excellent customer services. However, I suggest to add more variety choice for the morning breakfast buffet. Anyway for sure will return to next trip in Beijing

세인트 레지스 베이징에서 좋은 시간 보냈습니다. 호텔은 오래되었지만 굉장히 잘 관리되어 있었어요. 체크인부터 친절하게 맞이하여 주셨고, 저희가 약한 건강이슈가 없었는데 엄청 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 버틀러 서비스도 너무 좋았으며 응대해주신 직원분들 모두가 너무 너무 친절하셨습니다. 다만 사우나 시설은 일반적으로 한국인들이 아는 탕이 있는 사우나는 아니고 스팀 사우나와 건식 사우나가 있으니 참고하셔서 즐기시면 좋겠습니다. 현재 수영장은 공사로 이용이 어렵다고 합니다.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im St. Regis Peking sehr genossen. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnittene, ebenfalls das Badezimmer mi Wanne und Dusche. Obwohl man das Zimmer für drei Erwachsene buchen kann, sind die Betten mit 1,20 Meter sehr schmal. Wenn man bedenkt, dass in Deutschland ein Bett 1 Metwe breit ist und selbst eine Doppelbett min. 1,40 Meter hat. Glücklicherweise war das Personal sehr hilfreich und wir bekamen ein Beistellbett mit ins Zimmer. Somit war es für uns ideal. Der well Wellnessbereich ist gigantisch. Leider hatten wir zu wenig Zeit, diesen zu genießen. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, weil wir dies außerhalb holen wollten. Allerdings befindet sich das Hotel im Botschaftsviertel, sodass in der näheren Umgebung keine Restaurants zu finden sind. Zur U-Bahn Station sind es einige 100 Meter. Von dort aus konnten wir dann bequem alles erreichen. Fazit: mehr Zeit im Hotel einplanen und Wellnessbereixh genießen.

Near the Beijing embassy area. Hence very quiet at night. Good for a restful sleep. Not far from Beijing central area like palace. Staff are knowledgeable. Advised us on how to get palace tickets as we did not rebook online and online tickets were sold out on the day we wish to visit. Decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are big. Provide turn-down service and gave us eye masks!

All staff very kind, most of them speak English. Morning buffet is very complete, they have a wide variety of food from different cuisines. From the front desk, chefs, waiters, hotel porters, all very polite. We would stay here again.
