The St. Regis Beijing

Exceeded my expectations. The manager was very good.

The rooms are a tad faded but still good service and great location.

Near the Beijing embassy area. Hence very quiet at night. Good for a restful sleep. Not far from Beijing central area like palace. Staff are knowledgeable. Advised us on how to get palace tickets as we did not rebook online and online tickets were sold out on the day we wish to visit. Decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are big. Provide turn-down service and gave us eye masks!

All staff very kind, most of them speak English. Morning buffet is very complete, they have a wide variety of food from different cuisines. From the front desk, chefs, waiters, hotel porters, all very polite. We would stay here again.

Great hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast has a vast selection of food with everything clearly labelled. Neil Wang at the concierge was extremely helpful in helping us find things to do during our stay and organize transportation to and from The Great Wall of China. Highly recommend!

Neil Wang it's the best concierge in the world, he makes the experience unforgettable.

It has a good location as it's not too far from some of the main attractions. It's nice to walk around the area amongst all the various embassy's. The staff are very helpful. I do recommend having your translate app handy as only a few are quite proficient in English - this just makes it easier for both of you, The breakfast buffet was excellent - variety, quality and cleanliness. The rooms are so spacious - loved having a large desk and even a soaker tub. The gym was also 24/7 which is fantastic and always clean.

The room was clean but very dated with furniture showing a lot of wear and tear. The lights in my room went on and off by themselves in the middle of the night to the point where I had to go request to change rooms around 2am. The people in the reception were very helpful though and provided me a new room to sleep in. The location is not particularly interesting.

The beds need an upgrade. Great room- excellent staff, excellent location but a little disappointing to feel springs in the mattress.

One of the highlights was the butler service, a hallmark of the St. Regis brand. It’s an overall good experience.
