Hotel muy bien ubicado, muy seguro, habitación espaciosa, cómoda, limpia. Buen desayuno.

This hotel is in the perfect location if you want peace and quiet and not the hustle and bustle downtown. However, it is a very basic hotel. No refrigerator, microwave not even a clock, so be prepared. What makes this hotel great are their people. They are very friendly and helpful. Manny, the bartender was the best ever. Very attentive and he had multiple responsibilities. I will include that the hotel definitely needs some upgrades, but they are mostly aesthetic.

Always a friendly helpful staff from top to bottom. Rooms are clean and spacious with spacious bathrooms. Nice pool area.

Notice of Issues During Stay During my stay, I encountered two major concerns: No Refrigerator in Room: Upon check-in, I immediately requested a small refrigerator for my room, as I needed it for storing medication. Despite asking from the very first day, I was repeatedly told one would be provided, yet it never was. This was unacceptable, given the importance of properly storing medication. Bed Condition: One of the queen mattresses was split in the middle, causing an uncomfortable dip that made it feel as though I was climbing from one side to the other. This significantly affected the quality of rest. The noise was unbearable at all times in the conference rooms without closing the doors. Both issues negatively impacted my experience, and I am very disappointed with how they were handled. They said you purchased through Expedia you need to handle these concerns with them. This was sadly a bad experience, and I would appreciate some compassion in this situation. I would never visit again the Radisson Costa Rica. Marilyn Soto

El hotel esta bien ,limpio y seguro solo que otenia un holor a humedad ,pero con el aire acondicionado se pasaba un poco ,pero por los dias que estuve no estubo mal .viajera de corazon ,Pura Vida

Desde que llegamos la hospitalidad fue muy buena todo el personal muy atento lo recomiendo un 100 por ciento las habitación muy bien atendida por la camarera gracias a todos el desayuno muy bueno
