怡東飯店

We have booked the regular twin rooms with partial sea view but the hotel can only offered us rooms facing the road. Even we already mentioned that our requirement while checkin , but turn out they have not set the twin beds while check in and we have to wait. For the facilities, they do not provide iron and which need extra cost for the ironing service which we found unacceptable.

Very happy that our room has been update

Very nice hotel is located next by the sea and also only short distance by walking to the old town. Facilities are good and staff are very friendly and helpful. We even had a free upgrade to the sea view room as we didn’t expect in Easter period. Will definitely stay again for our next visit.

Pros: The room is clean and tidy, we slept really well. Reception is friendly and kind. The view from the sea view room is exceptional. Breakfast is amazing. Worth the price. Cons: One of the bathroom kept flickering on and off after the first night, it was not changed despite the staff cleaned the room in the morning(we stayed for two nights), in their defense we did not told the reception about it and requested for fixing it. Swimming pool and beach is great but was confused at first about how to get towels etc. One unhappy experience was that a staff from the beach restaurant was bit rude when he thought I left a towel outside their restaurant which I did not, didn't affect my overall mood though, still worth staying.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, clean and we had beautiful ocean view. The staff was amazing. They were helpful Kind and very professional. They even gave us a great room upgrade. We would gladly stay there again.

Fine mulighet for å bade rett i sjøen på hotellets egen "bademolo". Bra kvalitet på resturant, bar osv. Unik beliggenhet som eneste av noen få 5 star helt ved gamlebyen.

Everything was simply great

Warm and gracious welcome by everyone from the driver collecting us from the airport to restaurant staff. Room was well appointed, very comfortable beds and beautiful views.

This hotel was phenomenal! The location was perfect to walk into old town , do activities such as boating cable cars, tours. Walkable. Loved the hotel staff, night staff room service above and beyond. The views from our room were unreal (we had a balcony executive one bedroom suite). Food at the restaurant piano bar and sunset drinks were beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay we hope tl be back in the future!

Our room, penthouse, was awesome tho expensive it was worth it in every way. The space was huge, the deck was huge, it was all encased in glass floor to ceiling. It is the closest wf hotel to old town Dubrovnik.

Room well stocked but gym is lacking

Staff was very welcoming! The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the service was really good. Very friendly staff. The location was perfect- not too far to walk from the Old Town, but far enough to be quiet. The pool and hot tub were very inviting! Free parking was a perk since it looked like it was difficult to park close to town.

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly throughout. The hotel is lovely and in a great location.

Very nice, clean, large room with a view so beautiful it made it hard to leave. Staff was very nice. A quick walk to the old town.
