The hotel is near many tourist spots. U could just walk there. No need to take transportation.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Experience I booked only six hours before arrival via Hotels.com. At check-in, I was told I could likely shorten my stay if needed, as long as I contacted reception the following day due to an important meeting. The next day, this was reversed. I was informed that the stay could not be shortened due to internal policies requiring changes 48 hours in advance – which is impossible given the booking was made just hours before arrival. The reception staff were polite, but clearly constrained by rigid rules rather than empowered to help. The situation escalated when supervisor Phillip Nielsen became involved. His tone was dismissive and condescending, and he repeatedly referred to “those are the rules” without any willingness to engage constructively. When I ended the conversation—frustrated by the lack of flexibility—he suggested I should leave the hotel immediately and even threatened to terminate my stay. This was unnecessary and unprofessional. I have stayed in hotels worldwide, and this stands out as a case where a simple request was handled with zero flexibility and poor guest interaction. The issue was not the policy itself, but the lack of basic hospitality in applying it. From the perspective of Hotels.com, this must also be disappointing, as the level of service provided by the hotel clearly does not reflect well on the partners and that distribute their bookings. A nice hotel, undermined by a rigid & disappointing service culture.

Hotel correct mais manque de charme et beaucoup trop de passage. Petit dejeuner industriel qui manque de produits de qualite et notamment aucun produit bio ce qui est regretable pour cette gamme d'hotel.

Fantastisk hotel. Det er altid forbedringer, som overrasker. Nu er det pool på vej ind. Dejligt sted - tæt på seværdigheder. Stille. God restaurant på stedet.

Waren auf einem Wochenend-Trip zu zweit dort. Direkt am Wasser gelegen und nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Metro M2 vom Flughafen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Kopenhagen zu erleben. Frühstück haben wir einmal dort genommen. Ist ein komplettes Buffet, aber wir essen am Morgen eher wenig und dafür ist es dann zu teuer. An den anderen Tagen waren wir abwechselnd in verschiedenen Bäckereien und Cafes in der Gegend frühstücken. Gebäude ist historisch und sehr schön und modern hergerichtet. Als wir im Frühjahr 2026 dort waren, hatten sie Bauarbeiten vor dem Hotel (wir vermuten, sie bauen einen kleinen Pool). Bar sehr schön und umfangreiches Angebot, aber teurer als die Bars im Umkreis.

Great service with an excellent location.

We loved our stay here. Decent sized rooms, very modern and very clean. Excellent breakfast selection. Pleasant bar. Staff were super helpful - excellent English language skills across the board which was helpful for us as non Danish speakers.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen. The entire hotel was just renovated an in beautiful shape.

It was a great experience.

Dyrt at parkere - hvis der er rabatmuligheder, så er vi ikke orienteret om dette. Meget meget lille værelse. Seng mit i rummet kunne kun passeres sidelæns. Morgenmads restaurant - travl og banegårdsagtig. Træningsfaciliteter ok - men et for lille rum, hvis man er flere til at træne.

Super lækkert hotel, rent og fint og en dejlig morgenmad.
