Absolutely fantastic place. Plenty to do, can purchase extra wristbands if required for all the activities.
Waterpark was brilliant, fun for all ages. We went for 2 whole days.
Accommodation was wonderful, clean and well cared for.
Supermarket on site, which was not too pricey.
Location was brilliant, Legoland across the road, and a nice walk into town for the Lego house

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lalandia Billund! The kids completely enjoyed the place and had the time of their lives with all the activities. We were especially impressed by our accommodation—it was exceptionally clean upon arrival and incredibly spacious, giving our family plenty of room to relax after a busy day.
The only minor suggestion we have to make the experience even better is regarding the amenities. It would be great if bathroom towels and a hair dryer were provided in the house, as that would save families a bit of packing space.
Overall, it was a brilliant trip, and we would definitely love to return!

Our second stay at Lalandia. This time we went for a family trip during UK October half term for 6 days in Classic 8 house. Clean lodging and well equipped for kids and our elderly parents. Bring your own hairdryer though!
Convenient location from the housing area to the main activity centre at Lalandia, and Legoland. A bit further out for the Lego House/town centre but still walkable distance. Very nice Lalandia staff as well, especially the shuttle drivers who were patient and helpful.
Onsite restaurants and supermarket were higher priced as you might expect for a tourist location.
Aquadome has some fantastic slides/play areas for the kids. The wristband system for payments, locker and house access was very convenient.
Kids are hoping to return again next year!

Meget flabet og uhjælpsom "service" afdeling. 2/3 af vandlandet var lukket den ene dag, uden nogen form for kommunikation eller kompensation. Hytten burde have havemøbler, det var der ikke og personalet var også ligeglade med det.

海外から来て短期滞在する旅行者にとってはとても不便です。一軒家の家はサービスセンターから遠く、サービスセンターから出ているシャトルのような電車は満員でスーツケースを持っては乗れませんでした。また、本数も３０分に一回と少ない。結果スーツケースを持って雨の中１５分も歩いてやっと泊まる場所まで辿り着きました。私たちはかず多くある家の中で真ん中あたりだったので、もっと先に泊まっていたらlalandiaの遊ぶ施設まで徒歩３０分ぐらいはかかりそうです。リネンやタオルは有料。また2泊３日の滞在で10000円ほどの光熱費を請求されました。プールは楽しいですが、正直後から請求されるものは多いし、車がないとつらいです。

Wir hatten ein grosszügiges einfaches Häusschen. Die Betten sind bequem. Es wurde im Oktober/ November schnell warm im Haus und die Nebenkosten waren recht gering. Das Schwimmbad ist wirklich toll und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Es hat viel geregnet als wir da waren und der weg vom Haus zu Lalandia war recht beschwerlich. Das Gelände hat kein bis wenig Abwassersystem und ich hatte fast die ganze Zeit durchnässte Schuhe die nicht mehr trocken wurden. Das fand ich überhaupt nicht gut. Daher Abzüge.

It would be good to be able to sort out the late check in much earlier than on the day. It was a bit stressful having to call and difficult as we had to take time out of work. It also was a bit concerning that one of the lalandia people we
Spoke to said we couldn’t order a linen package, but another said we could. This is a problem as it is not really possible to bring linen with you when you are flying.

The holiday overall was excellent. So many different activities for children to keep them entertained all day. It felt safe and was extremely clean everywhere. The pool and soft play were brilliant and suitable for all my children ages 7-12. Legoland and the Lego house are a short walk, if you want to venture out. The only downside is that it is very expensive. 2 coffees and a cinnamon bun cost us £20, the average price for a meal out for a family of 5 was £170 - that’s 3 kids meals, no starters and one drink each. You also have to pay for the heating, electricity and water that you use in your accommodation at the end of the stay, which we have never done before.
