Realmente sorprendida y felicitar a quienes desarrollaron este hotel con tanto contexto ecuatoriano con un estilo tan exquisito con un diseño étnico de la mejor calidad, es realmente un orgullo ver que destaquen en este hotel todas las maravillas que tiene el Ecuador. Felicitaciones y espero que existan muchos más, con este nivel, no le pide favores a ningún hotel en ningún otro lugar del mundo.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby, pool and restaurant areas are really nice. The rooms are not that special. We stayed in a basic room and in a suite with a jacuzzi tub and both felt a bit cold. Not a lot of decoration or comfort. The second room was a little bit dirty and I was shocked that for that price there was a few stains and damage to the furniture. The fridges in both rooms did not work. I don’t think they are broken but it is a design flaw where they overheat and it is not possible to turn down the temperature. We called and asked for a bucket of ice to put our wine and water instead of the fridge. We had to call twice to receive it. We did enjoy the view and the jacuzzi in the suite. There are no directions or information shared anywhere but after we called the front desk they sent someone to help fill it and turn it on. Both rooms were reserved for two people but only had towels, robe and slippers for one person. I made it very clear we were coming for my birthday and they did not offer anything special even though you’ll see most hotels of this level in Quito offer a bottle of wine in the room regardless of the occasion. The breakfast buffet on the top floor was 10/10 and I would visit the hotel only for this breakfast. For the price I really would except a better experience.
