Wonderful place with nice rooms that include a small living room with a fireplace. The termal pools are clean and include different temperatures. The gardens and outdoor areas are well kept. The breakfast buffet was great.

Very friendly staff, good food. I had hangs down the BEST hot stone massage I’ve ever had in my life!! The hot springs were so relaxing and not overcrowded which was perfect.

The best way to end a busy trip with some relaxing spas pools right outside your room. The massages were amazing too. Super cute hotel resort, clean rooms, staff were amazing. Highly recommended. A great way to acclimatise by spending a couple days here

Excellent amenities in the room. They provided fresh water in a container. The hot springs were the most relaxing part of the trip. The hiking trail was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast had an excellent selection to choose. Staff was very kind and always professional. Overall, our stay was exceptional and we highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting a relaxing experience.

La atención al momento del check in nl fue satisfactoria en cuanto a calidez y amabilidad y tampoco brindaron la información necesaria y completa. La habitación que nos fue asignada no cumplió las expectativas para nada, estaba lejos de las piscinas y alado de la quebrada y del estacionamiento, lo cual hace que no se sienta que vale la pena el precio pagado. En cuánto a limpieza, estuvo impecable, increíble trabajo de housekeeping y también las terapistas que nos hicieron unos masajes increíbles!
Amamos termas de Papallacta y siempre fue un sueño podernos quedar una noche, a pesar de la mala experiencia con la habitación asignada y el servicio al momento del check in, amamos poder quedarnos rodeados de la naturaleza.
