Everything was excellent. Only issue i had was the spa, the lady seemed persistent to have services and kept shop open till past 1 am. And wouldnt seem to take no. That we had to go.

Hotel is really fantastic a real top, high class hotel, special in Egypt. The only disadvantage is its location is far from the touristic spots.

Unfortunately, the pool experience was a little disappointing. We booked this hotel specifically because they advertised a water park but when we arrived, the pool was ice cold and the slides were closed for the season. I really want to highlight that the staff were absolutely wonderful- truly welcoming professionals. They did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. If you’re hoping to enjoy the pool, I would recommend checking to see if it’s a good time of year. We were there during the last few days of Ramadan, in March. In hindsight, I see this wasn’t an optimal time for a pool visit.

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. The comfort of the rooms and the serene ambiance made it the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

When checking in, the front office personal told me that I’m checking in a single room, I said but I have my kids with me, what you mean a single room?! he said yes that’s okay we gonna charge you extra half price of the room!! They didn’t cuz I think one of the managers got in and said no that’s okay, they acted as that’s the first time for us to check in or see a hotel!!!!!! it wasn’t okay for me to be greeted that way!! I was there for a wedding, other attendees for that wedding have booked other rooms, all booked the standard room which is 60$ cheaper than the highest one, I booked the highest room category for my kids to be setting comfortable, when checked in, my room looked exactly like all other attendees room with nothing extra, while the front office assured me that I’m in a different building than the rest of the attendees for the better room, I found out I’m right next door to all the other attendees with nothing extra…with all rooms identical, it wasn’t okay for me as well.

Ein Hinweis auf die Umbauarbeiten wär schön gewesen.

Leider wurde der Hauptspeisesaal und einige Gebäude bzw. Zimmer saniert. Dadurch war es zeitweise sehr laut.

The hotel looks OK, but the staff is a disaster. Not lisening, procedures are more important than the guest, not keeping their promises, not reachable. Terrible!

Pool was amazing

Dirty rooms only the main lobby building is renovated the rest of the hotel are afar clusters built in 2001 without any maintenance The staff is rude unprofessional and my assistant was harassed after mid night by their security staff never again to stay there one of my worst experiences in Cairo

The outdoor pool is nice, however, as soon as you walk into the hotel the AC is very high and cold, we all got sick for that reason, we complained several times about this issue and it was neglected until they saw how ill we all became and the AC was then reduced at an acceptable normal level. The pool staff are lovely, the breakfast and breakfast staff are lovely, however overall hotel food, very limited options, its best to eat out but the issue to that is limited transport, everything needs a car there is nothing walking distance. Its more of a 3, maybe pushing 4 star hotel compared to other hotels I have been to.

The hotel was beautiful but lacked children entertainment and regular activities. Also the staff were not able to understand English so well but were super friendly, kind and caring. Specially Ahmed Abu Maryam and Mostapha from breakfast. Also, Fehmi was fantastic and helped us with our concerns and any issues we had. Fehmi went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. What a star!!
