The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo

The facilities and staff services both are excellent. Location is good too. Highly recommend it ~

We stayed for six nights and got the club access room. The Club access made the whole experience more pleasant, The people in the Club Lounge are definitely the A-Team versus other people in the hotel (The people in the main breakfast area it’s a bit disorganised). The lounge team help us to organise a tour, money exchange and they were extremely helpful, caring. We’ve visited other five star hotels during our stay for dinners, and we are glad that we stayed at the Ritz. The hotel is a bit dated, but good location and pool area tho, they club access team made the difference.

One of the restaurants was closed due to renovations. Disappointed. Not a lot of restaurants in the area. We used uber, worked great.

On the night of our arrival the hotel was hosting a major wedding that went on until 2am. They put us on the side of the wedding with extremely load music. By 1am we’d had enough but reception wasn’t answer the phone so I had to march down and demand a room change. If they had told me in advance of the wedding I would have changed hotels. No apologies or attempt to recover this poor service. After I wrote an email of complaint they eventually offered me the equipment of 20% the cost of the night in Bonvoy points. I’m rejecting this offer and taking it up with Marriot International.

Location second to none Superb swimming pool Lounge food needs to more authentic and the dishes should be of better quality. Capitalisation on local cuisine will enrich the menu.

フロントの担当が不愉快 わざわざ使わなくて良い単語を早口でまくりたてるのは非常に不愉快。 不必要なエクストラチャージを促す作戦なのだろうが、まずは必要最低限の対応を行って欲しい。単純にチェックインしたいだけなのに嫌になった。 他は良いのに残念。

Every little detail was perfect. There's a reason why I'm loyal to the ritz . It's the consistency the excellent service the attention to detail. It truly makes me feel like I am on vacation and it is worth every penny and more. Every staff member of this facility went above and beyond to meet my needs my wants and help in any way shape or form. So thank you for a great experience.

An oasis of calm amidst the frenetic chaos of Cairo! Don't be fooled by the 1960s exterior of this wonderful hotel, the interior is bang up-to-date providing all the amenities one would expect from any modern upmarket 5 star hotel. We loved the classy, chic vibe of the public areas and the staff were all super helpful. Special mention must go to Abdelaal, Hamada an Mohamed in housekeeping that kept our room immaculate, with nothing being too much trouble. Thanks guys! See you again soon?!

Completamente sorprendida en todos los aspectos, la propiedad está en perfecto estado, hotel grande, habitaciones grandes y lindas, delicioso su restaurante Egipcio-libanés con show árabe por las noches, el restaurante italiano también muy rico. La atención, desayuno, todo perfecto.

Excellent staff from arriving through the front being greeted by the friendly door staff, professional front desk to staff in the restaurants and housekeeping. Breakfast in Culina was spot on with a buffet offering a great variety. The bars have a great range of drinks both alcoholic and non. The rooms are spacious clean, they get serviced twice a day, and are left immaculate by the housekeeping. Location is good with a museum at the back of the hotel. Also a 10 minute walk to downtown shops. I will recommend this hotel to all travellers to Cairo. I would stay there again

Great experience. One thing that was problematic was that cold drinks were not included in the total price. Especially water, water should not have been an extra cost during meals. Fantastic staff!

Beautiful hotel and rooms overall. Breakfast is outstanding. Very well maintained. In short very good experience. One downside was that, other than we expected in such a high class hotel, some of the cleaning staff used the same manipulation as people outside at the street to ask for money and was even close to harassing my wife every time he saw her. We reported this and hopefully the management will follow this up because for the price we paid this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Otherwise we should have rated this hotel 5 stars.
