Service is very good. The room is too small with no air condition.

On the positive side, the hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, being just a stone's throw from a major station. This made getting around the city incredibly easy and was a definite highlight of our stay. However, the room itself was quite small. As two guests with one large piece of luggage, we found it challenging to even open our suitcase fully, which made moving around the room a bit cumbersome. Adding to this, we had to move our luggage using stairs only, as there was no lift available. It appeared to be a semi-basement room, and unfortunately, when the window was closed, there was a noticeable damp and somewhat musty smell, which was a little unpleasant. Additionally, the amenities provided were minimal, so guests should definitely plan to bring their own toiletries and other essentials.

旅館位置很好就在車站對面，單人房空間比照片中大，房間十分整潔，唯一缺點是沒有電梯，對有大行李的人不方便。

Good location, with stairs need to carry your suitcase up to the room, will be a problem if you have a lot of suitcases, otherwise is fine. Room with heater warm enough, as it was snowing on the day I stayed, was freezing cold outside. Close to station / food shops. Shower pressure a little bit weak but warm enough, not a problem unless you’re 6ft tall over maybe?!

The shower water pressure are too weak. Other than that, everything are just fine regarding its price!

Only advantage is closed to St Pancras rail station. Hotel with no elevator and very small room at such rates aren't really value for money. My family have 3 luggage and our room is on the top floor at attic, it means we have to unpack and leave some luggage on the ground floor of the main building. I will not stay in those hotels near the neighbourhood again if I don't need to commute from the rail station next morning.... because they might have similar construction and without any amenities.

I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London.

Shower water is too weak

由於第二天需要搭乘歐洲之星，所以在選擇了附近的住宿。這邊區域住宿都偏貴，選了很久覺得這家酒店性價比算是比較高，但因為房間面積非常小也還是挺貴的。這裡只適合短期1、2天住宿，房間很小，箱子都很難打開，打開了人也走不了，而且沒有電梯，需要自行搬運到3樓。隔音不是很好，由於房間和走道都非常狹窄，導致大家如果搬行李隔壁房子都能聽到。前台check-in在對面的馬路，但還算方便，可以寄存行李。安全性還行，房間整潔度也ok，整體來說還行吧。

Nice and close to Kings Cross. Quiet, never heard any noise from other residents.

Our 6-night stay at the Alhambra Hotel was a rollercoaster of technical issues, severe privacy violations, and conflicting customer service experiences. The Logistics & Maintenance Issues: The room space is incredibly limited. Day 1: The shower water completely shut down mid-use because the water heater reset. With no instructions in the room, we had to find staff to fix it. Day 2: The electronic door lock battery died, trapping us outside for 30 minutes until staff could manually charge and reopen it. Furthermore, despite leaving the "Do Not Disturb" sign on, housekeeping entered and cleaned the room. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming the sign had accidentally flipped when the fix the lock after we left. The Privacy Violations: Day 3: We carefully ensured the "Do Not Disturb" sign was properly displayed, yet housekeeping ignored it again. Not only did they enter, but they completely rearranged our personal belongings without consent. Our clothes were moved from the bed to a chair, and a heavy suitcase was moved onto a shaky, unstable luggage rack. Housekeeping flipped the orientation of the suitcase, causing the wheels to hit the bathroom door every time it opened. Additionally, because the shower entirely lacks a shelf for toiletries, we had placed our body wash and shampoo on the floor. Hotel easy walking distance from station. Check-in was straight forward lovely clean room . Only thing I would say room was very compact and towels were a bit small. But we had a very pleasant stay excellent service from start to finish ideal for getting around London we had a very pleasant stay for a packed girls weekend.

Rooms were spotless and we were surprised how quiet it was being so near Kings Cross. Went with a friend and we both felt safe walking out at night too. Only negative was our room (22) was very small

Perfect choice!

Nice b&b hotel with lovely staff & it's on the doorstep of King's Cross station & a nice strip of shops including food. However just a note in case people don't realise the rooms are tiny! And you have to share a communal shower & toilet which is a bit gross as nobody can clean it in between others using it. And no lift available which is exhausting to walk up the stairs. Otherwise nice hotel.

Generally pretty good. Only small complaint - decent pillows would be nice.
