房間非常細，最基本的拖鞋浴帽牙擦都沒有，早餐非常簡單還是加錢另購的，附近有車站和地鐵，就是當時選它的原因。

The room is clean and tidy, and conveniently located near the train station. The space is ideal for one person. However, the Wi-Fi connection is poor, and the chair in the room is too heavy. I would suggest replacing it with a lighter one.

I was being told that the twin rooms were all located on the lower ground floor. However, there was a very stinky smell in the room mainly from the toilet which made the experience become the worst. I believe no one wants to stay in such a room. Although the staff are polite, that doesn’t help if the property itself is in a poor condition. When I saw from the outside of the room, the steam and gas from the pipes were so close to the window of the room. See the image attached. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

No lift so that a little bit inconvenience if you have too many baggages. Room is small but neat.

房間設備是新的，但是水壓超小，洗澡很不方便。 沒有電梯，只有窄小的樓梯，幸好櫃檯人員還幫我們搬行李。

飯店員工都很和善/親切。 離Victoria Station大約10分鐘步行。雖然離鐵道近會聽到火車經過聲音，但對於整天玩累下來的旅客來說，此聲音不是問題。 下次如有再次造訪倫敦，會先列入考慮之一

1) 酒店房間太近火車路軌，在房間內聽到火車不停地經過的聲音。 2) 我們book的是標準雙人房,但房間很細,不能同時打開兩個行李箱。 3) 即使被安排住在ground floor, 但走廊通道很多樓梯要上上落落。 4）如果暫存行李，每一件行李需繳付兩英鎊。

飯店位置很好服務人員友善值得推薦！

Nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Near to Victoria Coach Station. But lift can't access 4/F

離coach station超近，也離Victoria station很近，大廳有24小時免費的咖啡可飲用，櫃檯的服務人員態度優！

位置極佳 交通便利 。 但櫃枱人員態度冷漠 房間及浴室出奇的小也沒有提供梳洗用品 感覺像是住BNB . 如要往此類Inn要有心理準備。

整體的住宿經驗非常棒。飯店離Victoria Coach Station很近，步行僅需三分鐘。飯店是三棟樓連通，接待大廳明亮且有多個桌椅與免費咖啡機，內有電梯搬運行李很方便。飯店接洽人員服務不錯，會盡量協助旅客。房間雖然不是很大但確很溫馨明亮。整體來說非常推薦。

飯店位置相當好，緊鄰火車站/地鐵站，房間也乾淨簡單，但房間較小且隔音不大好，隔壁房出入時開關門的聲音挺大的。

地點很好，離巴士站及火車站非常近，房間偏小但乾淨舒適，隔天退房可寄放行李至午夜前。

Great hotel but we were on ground floor near entrance door which was very noisy from the early hours with people coming and going! Beds and pillows were also hard and uncomfortable - a fridge in the room would be helpful too but overall clean and tidy with enough towels and cups for all of us which often isn’t the case with a triple room

Service at the front desk is excellent, very welcoming and friendly. Because my room is at the building behind, they offer to help me carry the luggage and I told them I can handle it myself as I only have one piece of luggage. However when he show me I have to go to 2nd floor without the elevator, I accepted his help. This is a nice clean hotel close to Victoria coach station and the underground tube, very walkable for shopping and restaurant located at a safe area. However if you have heavy luggage then you might need help to carry your luggage up and down those narrow stairs. Also sound proofing wasn’t great either, we can hear the action next door. This hotel location excellent if you need to take coaches for excursions like Stonehenge and Windsor Castle, the pick up point is within 5 minutes.

We stayed on three occasions (same trip). We only stayed in the main building on the last visit. On the previous two stays we stayed in annexes across the road. Rooms in those buildings were OK but not up to the quality of the main building.

Very close to Victoria station where all sightseeing buses start. Room is very small, shower is tiny. Housekeeping didn't make up the room even when I was out most of the time that day. In the evening I called front desk asked for new towel, was told to wait for 15 minutes. Waited for one hour and called again before towels were delivered.
