酒店位置就在火车站附近，离主要大街及一Carlisle Castle , Carlisle Cathedral & Carlisle Market 亦很近。

Room not really serviced. All tired rooms, no sleep as beds so uncomfortable .noisy

The hotel is in need of a major facelift. Old bathrooms with water damage to the floor boards. Old carpet and bedding. The staff however, is great. They even stayed up late for us at arrival. Overall good stay.

Showers not working bad place to stay

Overall a pleasant stay. Ideally located for town and a two-minute walk to the station (which was my primary reason for choosing the County Hotel) - there is also a sizable car park to the rear. I did get a cheap deal, so wasn't expecting a large room, but i was placed on the back of the building where im informed that it would be quieter. Due to the location, it does get a bit loud on the weekend evening with a couple of guests returning from their adventures quite late so bear this in mind if you're after a quiet night. The general decour away from the reception area is a little dated, but it is clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower is hot. Staff are all really polite and helpful with local knowledge. Breakfast is also quite good with a selection of hot food cerials and pastries. I'd happily stay here again.

The Location is good , but would not recommend as when arrived to our room was welcomed with earplugs on the bed to which as a 62 year old did not like banging music till 2am in what was a very small room (309) , dressing table with a tv on it and teas making facilities in front of the mirror. Only one bedside cabinet which having to lean to the floor to reach a glass in the night not recommended. The bathroom was very close to the end of the bed and as you open the door virtually trip over the toilet. Toilet roll had been wet at some point then dried and put on the holder. Breakfast was a choice but if you go down on the later timescale only get what is left. No fresh orange only apple juice. The tea flask had been watered down it was very weak. The room was nothing like what was advertised on the website.

Good location near the train station. Walking distance to many places of interest, restaurants and shops. Lift was fairly dodgy but it seems there are plans afoot to replace it. Room was a little run down but beds were OK and shower was hot.

The hotel is need of a full renovation inside and out very porr condition

A good size bedroom, very warm, friendly welcome from the staff. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee. Can't stress how much I appreciated the staff being so helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel had beautiful architecture but was tired and worn. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and good value. All in all a good one night stay.

This hotel is in the center of the city so some noise is to be expected, but it was unbelievably loud. Much of that was because it was too hot so windows had to be open to balance the heating system. Definitely run down and in need of updating. Served what I needed which was a bed for the night but wasn't the most comfortable experience

Lovely room and it just few minutes walk from Carsile Station.

It was a very old hotel , tired and grubby. Lot of noise from the room above until 2am. Lot ofr noise from a neighbouring business until early hours of the morning. Far too hot on the upper floors .... not a pleasant stay at all.

Great place to stay, close to the rail station and many restaurants and shops.

Hotel is clean, just looking tired, staff are very friendly and its value for the money

No fuss hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff polite and helpful. Great location in town. Breakfast could be better with more staf. Food decent though. I would use this hotel again.

I was in room 105 the shower did not work properly.the shower head sprayed water all over the floor and bathroom it would not stay in place,so the bathroom ended up like a swimming pool and very very slippery,informed hotel reception they said they would inform housekeeping,when I got back to our room housekeeping had been and dried the floor and left dry towels but the shower head had not been fixed so we couldn’t use the shower and it was a very hot day and night disappointed.
