Cleanliness an issue, places missed, my friend’s room was cold as no heat in radiator, offered a heater but still very cold, lift needs attention as often not working properly, very noisy neighbours

The room was spacious but it's very close to the toilet we can hear the extractor fan. The squeaky noise floor whenever someone is walking but overall was good, receptionist are nice and welcoming. Great location.
