Overpriced for a tiny room that is falling apart. Hotel looks great from the outside, but that good feeling ends once you step into the room. Smallest room I have EVER seen, the shower is worst - even a smaller man like me couldn't turn around comfortably without opening the door. It also sinks around 3 inches down the floor, so it is harder to get in and out. All wooden parts are either peeling or cracking - got a minor cut from wood splinter at the bathroom door. The only "table" could only fit 70% of my 13" laptop, ridiculous. Window literally leaks - chilling wind blows in at night with no way to shut off noise. TV is completely dead - no channel has any reception at all. The bigger rooms might be better, but the single room should be avoided. You have to pay me to stay for over a week. This is actually the most expensive room per night on my trip, and by far the worst one. I have stayed at another hotel on the previous week (2 tube stations away), and it was way better while being ~20% cheaper per night. Location is great and the area seems safe, but there are better choices.

The room is super tiny, but the location is excellent, easy to get around the city and the airport and train stations. The staff is helpful, but the walls are very thin so it is strongly recommended to bring ear plugs.

Bad service and toilet so small, poor quality but charging expensive, not valued at all, not recommended!

Everything was perfect

During my stay, I was subjected to highly unsanitary and unsafe conditions, which included a bed bug infestation as visible in the attached images (documenting both the mattress with droppings and a captured insect). This resulted in considerable distress, insect bites, and loss of sleep. The room also suffered from suffocating air quality, outdated décor, and poor customer service—despite my reservation for a ‘garden view’ room, I was assigned a basement room with no garden view whatsoever. These conditions clearly violate the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), which requires services to be provided with reasonable care, skill, and as Accommodation with visible dirt/droppings, poor sanitation protocols, and misleading room allocation is both unfit for habitation and a breach of contract. Specifically: - The mattress had clear stains and droppings, as shown in my photos. - Bed bugs were found on-site and caused insect bites while staying in the room. - The air in the assigned room was stifling, with no ventilation or reasonable comfort. - The decor and overall maintenance were outdated and unacceptable for the advertised standards. - Staff failed to provide adequate support or respond effectively to complaints. - The room allocated was not as described or ordered (a ‘garden view’), but a basement, further adding to the inconvenience and loss of enjoyment.

It was a nice stay!

The hotel is perfectly situated. You are close to the central subways and close to everything that you need. The area is nice. Don't expect any service, because you won't get it!

Nära tunnelbana och mataffärer. Bra läge från Heathrow om man åker tunnelbana, men slitet hotell. Ingen A/C. Liten hiss är plus, är bra till bagage.

古い建物なので、床が沈むのは仕方ないとして、ベッドのスプリングも劣化、連泊中はシーツ、布団カバーの交換はされていなかった。清掃も適当で、床にごみが残っていたし、使用したコーヒーカップも洗われていなかった。トイレの水が流れなくなったので、夜10時過ぎにフロントに行くと、”すぐに戻ります”とメモがあるも、30分以上戻らず（交替者が来るのが遅れた？）チェックイン客はじめ、部屋などに何らかの問題のある宿泊客など私のほかに３組がフロントで待っていた。

Konum olarak iyi olmasına rağmen hotel oldukça vasattı. Ciddi bir şekilde tahta kurusu sorunu vardı. Vücudumda ciddi kızarıklar oluştu. Hijyen konusunda endişeniz varsa tavsiye etmiyorum. Ek olarak, banyodaki ışığı açtığında çok rahatsız edici ses de yapıyordu.

Could be cleaner, dead animals, bathroom is so small I couldn't really fit, and the shower door wouldn't shut so basically couldn't wash as there wasn't enough room. Over all I would stay again but would choose a bigger room.

Nice place, very close to Earl's court station (rail and underground : circle and picadilly lines). The room was a bit tiny but it's ok considering the price. The cleaning was done everyday which is very good. Unfortunately, the bed frame was made of something I couldn't really explain and I don't like springs in the mattress but it was ok for the duration of the stay (4 days). The personnel was really nice and helpfull. Only downsides would the water pressure and the overall noise from the road at night (A3220 can be heard a bit too clearly during summer with the window opened) which has nothing to do with the hotel or its personnel per se

Läget är jättebra, nära tunnelbana men ändå lugnt och tyst. Hade ett enkelrum och dom är små och badrummet också väldigt litet. Men funkar ändå.

Muy viejo, agujeros en baldosas y plafones, puerta baño no cierra. Vistas a patio interior sucio y con aparatos de aires acondicionados. Alguna araña en las paredes. Ventanas viejas no ajustan. Deplorable

Einfache Zimmer, die für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt ausreichend sind.

Convenient access to transit.

Perfecte locatie voor stedentrip London. Dichtbij metro, voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Douche erg langzaam op temperatuur, zwakke straal. Wc in hoek naast wasbak gepropt, erg krap. Geen ontbijt vanwege verbouwing, daar aangekomen bleek het geen verbouwing maar als opslagruimte gebruikt te worden Luggageroom niet afgesloten, voor iedereen makkelijk te benaderen (ook ongenoden)

Quiet and clean. Negative, no breakfast, reception frequently unmanned - they need a bell not a phone number that goes to answer machine (don't they understand the basics of running a hotel?)
