The location is great! You can get the cable car right to the property which is brilliant. The view of the water was my favourite part especially sitting by the window for breakfast,which was a fantastic buffet. The room was very small and so was the shower,and theres no tv but i didnt mind this. My only problem was lack of fresh air in the room as the window doesnt open at all.

Spotlessly clean hotel and room in a lovely setting, convenient for access to the O2 or Excel Centre. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Full english and continental Breakfast with vegan options included. I booked a basic room, which had everything except a tv. Perfect for my needs. Will definitely stay again.

The room was clean, the hotel was presented well and had a nice aroma when walking around. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There are lots of things surrounding the hotel, so plenty of places to eat/drink & do activities. The room was quite cramped for the price paid, but I am not sure whether that was exclusive of this hotel or just a problem that is common in London.

The room was compact but well laid out, everything I might have needed was in there, but the thing that stood out the most was the amazing Thames river view, the bed was positioned right next the window, so once in bed you had a beautiful view. I loved the overall ethos of the hotel, the staff were amazing and remembered me by name, when checking out and that persona touch really counts

It appears that I previously left a 3.5-star rating, although I am unsure how this happened. I would like to amend this, as I have now stayed here several times and have always had a very positive experience.
This is a lovely little hotel that is spotlessly clean. The team are consistently friendly and accommodating, making each stay enjoyable. It is perfectly located for attending events at The O2 and for visiting the surrounding areas.
I would highly recommend staying here.

My daughter and granddaughter had a wonderful room overlooking the water which was magical ! Thank you to the staff for all the thoughtful extras that were placed in the room for my daughters birthday celebrations. They had a wonderful stay and said that every member of staff they met were kind and thoughtful . We won’t hesitate to book again in the future! Thank you so much!

I am so impressed by the hotel ethos, delighted I came across it when looking for accommodation near ExCel.
Room was clean and comfy. Good coffee bags. 🙂
Love the thoughtfulness of the worry dolls.
The staff very friendly and helpful. Great idea providing umbrellas (for a deposit).
I wish the hotel every success.
No comment on the bar/food as I didn't eat there.
