King Deluxe Room, 相信除房大一點並沒有用什麼好處, 冷氣制是壞的, 完全不能控制, 但有風可以用. 窗門玻璃很髒, 像幾年沒有清潔. 地版吱吱聲, 床褥並不舒適, 隔音差可聽到隔離房間交談, 門口就是電梯很吵上加吵, 衞生程度一般感覺毛巾沒有深層清潔算是可以用, 整體體驗就是非常差, 但就是沒有一個點衰到極致而要即時投訴或換房. 或者說, 他就像只需要半價的 Holiday Inn 那種狀態, 但就換了個叫 Hilton 的名字. 早餐也是像免費的差不多, 沒有好了多少. 總體而言, 酒店風格很英國, 錢給多了, 但所有事情不變.

Good Front desk were warm, helpful and polite. (Otherwise 1 star) Bad Feels like a 2 or 3 star hotel - not Hilton standard - not worth the price. Small rooms - decor very dated. Upon entering the room...smells of smoke. Tea bags, bottled water and bathroom tissue box not replenished by housekeeping the next day. When requested for on the phone to front desk, no one came in the end. No face towels. Worst of all is the shower drainage - clogged .. yuck.

Comfortable room for a night’s stay in the city centre. Nice shower, good amenities, and polite staff. Had a lovely receptionist - thank you Kate for the warm welcome!

Parking on site is advertised, but then when I called as I couldn’t find the entrance, I called to be told it wasn’t really available and to use the multistory across the road. Later found out Hilton only pays for 20% of the parking. ‘Deluxe’ twin it was not. Very small, view on to flat roof and litter, empty shower gel, empty conditioner. Badly made bed. WiFi required Hilton honors, which I won’t be signing up for.

Room was nice and compact and the staff were really friendly.

Overall good stay, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, nice pool however there is no soundproof at all, woke up because I heard how the neibours above were walking 👀 and there was no shower gel, empty bottle. Also 20 pounds for parking quite expensive on top of the hotel close

We requested a room on a low floor with a shower only due to my mums mobility issues, we got a low floor with a bath over a shower that we had to go up n down steps too. Then we got no sleep on the first night due to it being very noisy with the pipes. We complained and got moved to the forth floor but then the heating didn’t work and it took ages but finally we were given 1 small heater. We went for dinner and came back but there was little security which meant other people staying at the hotel were being loud n slamming doors and this went on past midnight which again we did not sleep. That’s 2 nights with no sleep and paying over £400 for the privilege. We gave stayed several times before and had an excellent stay but this has resulted in us not wanting to do a repeat visit now. Overall very poor and disappointing this time.

Clean hotel well decorated. Friendly staff and a nice touch having a glass of prosecco on arrival. Good facilities including gym which i used. Good breakfast choice too. Shower head was slightly on one side but not a major issue as you were able to lift it and it was perfect. Overall a good hotel and would stay again.

There was blood staining on my pillow.

Was a nice hotel however we found a glow stick on the floor in our room and the front desk told us the wrong time for breakfast so on the first day even though we paid for it we didn’t actually get breakfast. When asked for a refund they wouldn’t give us one. Second day we had breakfast and it was limited and a bit cold. Ok stay but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
