A nice hotel at a very convenient location in London near Hammersmith! Honestly, you cannot ask for a better location and the room was nicely furnished. The fridge was really important too! there are somethings to improve, such as more hangers in the bathroom and a little this and that in terms of fine-tunings. But overall it's a good place to go if you want a budget hotel in zone 2 London.

Good value with free breakfast . But the service not very well. Also the breakfast is not good enough.

位置地理還不錯，但是服務品質有待改進，櫃台常常沒人，吹風機壞了，要退房，根本沒人在櫃台，等了很久，櫃台才有人來處理，另外！隔音效果不佳，改善空間真的很大

The vent was dirty which could have impacted my sisters asthma, we had to buy anti bac wipes to clean the fridge due to mould. Before we cleaned the shower and sink it smelled like something died in there. To add to this they charged a damage deposit that was not mentioned prior

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war ganz neu renoviert, Super Lage...nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Hammersmith entfernt. Autobus direkt vor dem Hotel.

I would not recommend anyone stay here. There are rats that come into you room at night. They were in my suitcase and ran under the door when I was awaken by the noise. They are in the walls. The hotel owner refuse to refund us so we can move to another hotel. I had to ensure this everynight. There is also construction taking place and guy early in the morning outside my window on scaffold. The owner and the desk attendant Aska was rude and dismissive. There are other hotels in that stretch that is nicer and more cost effective. I moved to the sapphire next door and it was much nicer. Do not book

check in súper fácil y amable , en la habitación: baño muy bien , cama cómoda , la cortina estaba rota así que a las 5:30 ya estaba la habitación completamente iluminada y ya difícil de dormir . Y ojo no cargador europeo así que tuve que comprar adaptador ( suerte q llevaba batería externa).

Hôtel à 10/15 min à pieds de Shepperd’s bush. Plusieurs bus pour se rendre au cœur de Londres. Dans la chambre assez de rangement mais rien dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires. Il faisait aussi très chaud dans la chambre.

Hotel convenable pour 2 nuit pas plus car bruit côté rue et donc obligé de fermé les fenêtre pour atténué le bruit et donc trop chaud du coup car pas de clim . Par contre bien situé tout à proximité bus et métro Déjeuner correct et contents d avoir pu laisser nos bagages avant et après

After reading through some reviews, I was a bit nervous about staying here. But, for the budget per night, I think this hotel is actually pretty good and it's in a decent location. The hotel is composed of several flat buildings, and it definitely gives off the vibes of your first flat in England with the narrow carpeted hallways where you have trouble figuring out where your next step is. The rooms are small and the bathrooms kinda narrow - but again, for the price I'm not expecting luxury. It was a really nice location between Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush. The area is really good if you are smart and don't go out late at night. During the day, it's a really nice place to walk to Westfield Mall or talk a longer trot to Kensington. If there's one thing that wasn't fantastic, it was under construction so there was scaffolding right outside my window which meant that I'd wake up to people walking right outside in the morning. Not the worst thing but was weird to experience first thing in the morning. Would come back to this location next time I'm in London.

Fint og rent. vandtemperaturen var lidt svingende, men som forventet i London tror jeg. Tæt på metrostationer. Lidt gadestøj. Godt til prisen og god beliggenhed.

Central and close to transport. There were renovations being done so lots of noise from the building works. The room was tiny and I think a bit unfinished from the renovations, but a pleasant enough stay. Be good once the work is done but the room was really tiny with no iron, hair dryer etc. Although I’m sure you can ask for them. The office seemed a bit disorganised.

nothing ...the noise slamming doors footsteps above us constant and outside our room window was bricks and rubbish from construction work did get another room the second day but still not satisfied ...also breakfast was minimal and small plates for breakfast on and watched by staff all the time was the worst place ive ever stopped in and the last time ile ever set foot in the place
