If you take Eurostar train, it’s convenient for you to stay one night.

被分配在地下室，味道無法忍受都是清潔水跟霉味。地下室的對外窗戶也都是鴿子大便。進房不久馬上就退房了，在隔壁訂了另外一間飯店，

The layover location offers the convenience of being situated adjacent to the station. However, the environment is excessively noisy, and the staff demonstrate a lack of helpfulness. Furthermore, the numerous staircases and sharp corners create significant inconvenience for visitors travelling with large luggage.

Everything ok. Nothing special .

Close to train station, convenient, nice staff, found some hair on mattress, can hear people walk down stairs, bit noisy

Best price you can get if you come from north to the london. The hotel is trying to be clean, but the beding cover is old(no mark), toilet have a bad smell like the toilet water. The hotel is nearby the road and the traffic is very busy. If you just stay one night and not care about the traffic noice, it is okay. You may hear the talking from the room of the opposite side. Overall the pros are convenience and low price. Cons are ages, and a little bit noicy.

It is a very convenient place to stay if you are taking the Eurostar train.

The counter service is not so friendly. When my friend asking for a clean towel, the man at the counter just ignore our request.The facilities inside the room is so old and with dust.I don’t think it’s worth the price.

Good location, but I don’t know why it have been rated 3 stars hotel, a kind of joking.

唯一優點是交通方便

因為要早上歐洲之星火車，所以選擇了這裏地理環境超級方便，就在車站對面酒🍷對面馬路啊，以這個價錢論論房間舒適度和整潔度合理，房間尺寸可以打開大行李箱，我住在2樓一個人給了雙床房 ，單邊窗算有點驚喜在這個地段用這個價錢確實不能相信也有電梯唯一不好廚師電梯不能食開着大行李箱要走上一層還走下一層，除此之外，各方面很滿意

除了離車站近以外 沒有什麼好誇讚的 真的只剩交通方便，雖然有電梯 但階梯超級無敵多 行李還要搬上搬下的真的沒有很方便 床單浴巾不乾淨 洗澡水忽冷忽熱

Hotel was generally clean and comfortable. The lid/seat on the toilet was loose but quickly fixed when I mentioned it to the staff. The room was extremely noisy due to the local traffic and the fact that there was a full pane of glass missing from the sash window. The window did have another sliding window on the inside but didn’t prevent the traffic noise.

Çok sıradan bir oteldi, yatak rahatsızdı tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer değil. Ancak konumu çok iyi

The area is convenient for transportation but the room we were initially put in stunk of mildew and sewage, there was evident water damage throughout both the bathroom and sleeping area. The second room was an improvement, however, the bathroom still smelled absolutely horrible, the beds were mostly springs, the air conditioning didn’t work and made a horrible noise. The towels had holes in them and were stained, stains were also on the bedsheets. Additionally, the doors struggled to open, every single time, you’d have to scan the key card multiple times and yank, MULTIPLE times just for it to open. We had a few decent interactions with staff, the gent who changed our rooms was very kind and sympathetic.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, es ist abgenützt, aber das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer roch leider sehr übel nach Kanalabgasen! Die Lage ist super.

Mold smelling room, the worst service, too old building

Nicht zu empfehlen. Not recommended. Very old , it smells bad. The bathromm is very old and defect . It is too much loud . The doors are loud and very old. Will never come back again .

It was ok for what we wanted but beds not good tea and coffee not replenished when we got back so had to ask, someone above walking,around sounded like a baby elephant,,, so woken up

Es war ok, mehr aber auch nicht, das Zimmer für 3 Personen deutlich zu klein. Die Dusche war auch nicht gut, es gab keine Handbrause.
