整體很好，員工服務態度也非常好。 地方有點不太方面因在學校區，火車站到酒店一般要坐的士，幸好路程不太遠車費也只是十英鎊。
酒店最不好的是如果冬天入住 ，洗澡水溫教難調較，洗手盆是花開兩個水龍頭分別出冷水和熱水，一是太熱一是太冷。其他都是很不錯很有英式的渡假屋情懷，特別欣賞大堂的大火爐，真正木頭燒的

The suite is really spacious and cozy. So is the bathroom. Near access to the campus. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

預訂之前說了不要安排走廊尾的房間。結果還是給了我一個在死角的房間。房間內只有兩個窗，兩個也不能正常開關。窗外是一個滿佈積水及青苔的天台。入住第一天，也發現房間地上有一大隻死去昆蟲的屍體，到我走的時間持續四天屍體還在。

If destination of your trip is Lancaster University, then it is the most convenience hotel to be recommended because it is located within the University premises. Outlook and nearby environment is quite good and quiet, breaskfast is also OK but price of the room is not cheap which is the only critical issue.
