Slough Moxy 飯店

i have ever stayed in Moxy Slough more than 30 nights in total i guess. It has cozy room and friendly emplyees allowing me to have a good rest and services here. I will choose Moxy if i visit Slough again.

整體滿意，但係房間冷氣機偶然發出巨大聲響，風櫃可能有問題。有很多電插頭，充電非常方便。

Booking was cancelled by the hotel and was only notified whilst travelling there (6 hours after booking) as booked same day. Got to the hotel to be told to check the Expedia site for other hotels as was told they could not do anything. Staff were extremely unhelpful

Clean cool room in the summer heat Great breakfast

We stayed here for one night while travelling for work. Overall, it was a typical Moxy hotel – clean, modern, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent, which was much appreciated in the hot weather. The only downside was a few issues with the room. Although the booking was for two guests, the room had only been set up for one, with just a single towel provided. We only realised this when getting ready for bed. My partner went to reception to request another towel and two extra pillows. It took over an hour for the towel to arrive, and only one additional pillow was brought, meaning we had to ask again for the second. The shower head was also loose and wouldn’t stay in position, making it difficult to shower without getting soaked. The blackout curtains blocked most of the light but didn’t reach the floor, so the room became bright quite early in the morning. We also found the TV repeatedly froze regardless of which channel we selected. None of these issues ruined our stay, and the staff were polite throughout, but a little more attention to room preparation and maintenance would have made the experience much better.

Good bed, handy to central Slough. Like all central hotels need to give better advice on where to park to drop off bags and where the ‘available parking’ is situated.

Poor food and expensive bar snacks on arrival. Were supposed to have 2 complementary drinks which was written onto keycard which we didn’t get. The policy is room wouldn’t be cleaned unless requested. We requested this after 1st night. Fresh towels were supplied but room wasn’t cleaned, bed made or bins emptied. We didn’t have any toilet roll left on second morning b4 checking out. Very disappointing.

Nice room and genarally hoel was good and close to railway station

Lovely property, a/c worked very well, water pressure was perfect in the shower. Staff was exceptionally helpful many times. Close to transit. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, like I would not go out at night alone, but in the daytime it was fine.

Kenton was amazing with his directions and amazing help. Aswell as Jessica rogo who helped me out with my air conditioning problem. Both staff were exceptional and I’d definitely come back.
