The hotel is very close to the shopping mall. Travelers can book a taxi in the reception to the cruise terminal. It costs about 15 pounds per trip.

Friendly staff.

On entering the hotel, it felt as though we were entering an American diner. Reception, dining area and bar all in the same area. Didn't feel it was a welcoming area. Staff welcomed us, which was really nice. Room was a Queen room, however the bathroom was only 1.5m x1m, very small. there was a distinctive drain smell, which was worse in the evenings (reported to manager). The night light around the bottom of the bed, is a brillant idea, if you need to get up in the night. Breakfast - a varied choose. The only criticism was the lay out of the food, not logical, did not follow through what you needed, ie butter wasn't with the bread or toaster.

It was another great experience and the breakfast was good too and staff very pleasant and helpful.

Good location for cruisers

Smallest hotel room I have ever been in. Luggage for cruise made it VERY crowded. After boarding the cruise ship -not known for roominess- was noticeable that the Moxy hotel room was much smaller than our cruise cabin.

Everything was clean however a strange odor in restroom.

Very comfortable stay… great start to our vacation!!!

Great hotel

Close to sites. Nice breakfast.

Booked in for one night before a cruise. Overall very dissatisfied. Was expecting something a lot better given the cost. Room was incredibly small. No iron in the room nor on the floor. Hotel is currently undergoing renovation of the exterior or roof so lots of workers in and out using the tiny lifts and accessing the floor.

Welcoming, fun and funky lobby area. Great location. Highly recommend it. They are undergoing some exterior restoration but we really did not get impacted by it. The staff are great! Welcoming and friendly.

It was close to the mall and shopping areas.

The hotel staff is very attentive. Rooms are well arranged with modern decor. Bed is very comfortable. Room was very soundproofed and dark when curtains are closed.

Great location near shopping and restaurants. Hotel booking for cruise port taxis was very convenient.

Close to amenities.

Great place to relax or spend time with friends in the public areas. Bar staff are fantastic, light food was good. Will definitely stay here again when in Southampton.

Nice room but the building is under construction. Scaffolding everywhere including the sidewalk out front.

Nice hotel, great service and friendly/professional staff. Perfect location, close to shopping, old town, and the port.
