They gave me an upgrade to king bed but the room has a tiny tiny window so the room is quite dark. Also kind of dusty. Should do better job cleaning. Ceiling height low. Walls are thin. But flexible in checkin time. Location good.

Good location just 5 mins walk to tube station where can take Elizabeth line straight to/from Heathrow. Clean room. Breakfast choices are awesome

半夜三點多火警警鈴大響，許多人跑到一樓大廳但只說是誤響，回房間後沒多久又再響一次。同樣的又是一堆人跑到一樓大廳，答案還是誤響。一折騰一夜沒睡好，但飯店也沒有再給任何解釋說明狀況，對客人太不尊重了。

Lovely room, in a great location. The room wasn't quite as nice as the pictures suggested it would be, but it was still very nice. Service was great and the gym had some great equipment for a little workout to start the day.

Great location, good restaurant. Small room and one of two elevators was broken

The room was expensive but was clearly tired, at breakfast time the food was cold (albeit was a cooked breakfast) the location is fantastic but unless you get a good deal there are better places to stay

Great location, the gym is solid, the hotel is very well serviced. The dining options are very good - the breakfast buffet is what we enjoyed, and it was excellent. We did have some hiccups. I had prepaid for our rooms which were not immediately available when I arrived at the appointed check-in time. There was also a gaff with breakfast - I had paid to have it included, and my children were turned away b/c somehow the dining room wasn't in sync with the front desk. The folks were apologetic and worked in earnest to make up for the gaffs. Would definitely recommend, especially for families (they do offer adjoining rooms). Will def stay there again when we next come to London.

La propiedad es vieja, asi que tienen muchos temas de instalación, la habitación deluxe (5to piso) es más chica que una standard por lo que pueden mejor elegir standar y esas tienen Smar TV, la deluxe no tienen, aparte no funciona bien el a/c y la electicidad es vieja la instalación, La propiedad lo que tiene es que está muy bien ubicada

Shower is designed weird. Spend the extra money on a full shower door.

This is a very nice hotel in a very convenient area, handy for shopping, transport & minutes away from The British Museum. The only thing I would disagree with is their room descriptions which I think are a bit misleading. We booked a deluxe room, which was perfectly fine & comfortable, but was not what I would consider to be deluxe.

プレミアムルームに宿泊。シャワーが固定であること以外はとても満足しました。 レセプションもレストランのスタッフもとても親切で、エアコンが壊れてしまったときに外出がてら伝えたところ夕方までに直していただけてありがたかったです。 モダンなインテリアで広々とした部屋、繁華街に近く少し騒がしいけれどそれもまた楽しめました。 朝食は卵料理を調理してくれるタイプで嬉しかったです。

Great location but small rooms in need of updating, air con and one lift broken and strange smell in the hotel entrance

We stayed in the deluxe room and the bed was extremely comfortable! Good WiFi and easy to connect to it. Easy 5 minute walk to the central line. Very nice lobby and the staff were all really welcoming.
