距离大英博物馆太紧了，位置太好了……

以市區價位算便宜，但無電梯，故有大行李之旅客最好多考慮

靠近車站，交通方便！還有很多餐廳跟超市都在附近是一個很方便旅遊的飯店！但是隔音效果不好，加上房客講話都很大聲！床位也很小⋯感覺設備真的很差⋯

Some cabins are without hot water, make sure you test before you take off your clothes! And the toilets are in a mess during peak hours! It is ok for a few night because it's cheap!

地點離地鐵站很近，床鋪舒適度ok,有簾子可保有個人隱私，唯一缺點是樓梯過於老舊狹窄，靠近大門的樓梯在上二樓後開始出現傾斜，若行李太大會不好搬運。

除地點好，工作人員似匈奴人随意關廚房改租約，好多長期難民居住，房間有嗅味，財物好危險！

離地鐵很近，超市也近。浴室洗到一半燈會滅，早餐2磅。

chance live with good roommates.I was staying 10 days , and booked 4 times ,room of 15 beds like live in the hell, room all in basement, and very difficult took shower !! have keeping push water button , room are smiling terrible,wifi is bad to used. Room of 9 or 6 bed, sometimes roommates are quality good, sometimes not, xxx! Service Center very nice, they get high level from me.and Kitchen is clean and eazy to use.

Smells very bad in the bedroom. It's hard to climb to the third bed.

附近有超市 近地鐵站很方便 早餐簡便 晚班的男性員工做錯事不承認 沒有在留心客人說的話 不願理你 我住的房間是在地下 很悶熱 房間只有一把我吹不到的風扇 十多個人一間房只有一個不太通風的窗戶。夏天很熱 住第二天起進房有臭味 有一天晚上熱的睡不了，跑上common area涼一會兒，竟然發現有幾個人都太熱，跑上去直接睡在上面 要租用locker每天要1.5英鎊

It's a fine hostel. Location is great, safe area, near underground station, but there's someone look like live here from longlong time ago.

交通方便， 近Russell square station， 步行約5分鐘可到， 從希思羅機場可搭地鐵直達，不用換車， 但攜帶大件行李並不方便， Russell square station裡雖有電梯，但有一段只有樓梯， Hostel內如果房間在二樓以上還好些， 如果住B1（但對他們來說是1F）， 必須有人幫忙不然其實很危險， 整體來說還算能接受， 有些地方很髒亂， 但是這麼多人同時使用有些住客習慣不好的狀況下很難不髒亂， 住宿體驗中最令人不滿的有兩件事， 第一，晚上大多數人都回來後，Wifi會進入一種秒連秒斷秒連秒斷的神奇狀態， 但讓我不悅的是， 跟前台投訴他居然聳肩說太多人在連線了沒辦法， 對於提供這種爛透了的服務， 至少你們應該感到抱歉！ 第二，這裡有些老人長住， 並非年齡歧視， 而是他們的行為嚇到我了， 其中一件事就是有天晚上有人打呼， 我已經睡著了所以沒有影響， 但大概是吵到一位年長黑人女性無法入睡， 她居然跑來狂敲床架大吼著別在打呼了， 我被驚醒而且嚇出一身冷汗， 後來都睡不著了…

房內沒有wifi,只有一部風扇及一扇窗，所以夏天入住時較焗促，而且每張床內沒有小燈或雜物架，非常不方便。 入住時正值夏天，整座大樓很焗促，有一陣陣''宿"味，非常難接受。 浴室乾淨度尚可，廁所則有點差，有尿漬。 不過如果是有budget 的就可以屈就一下。 地點就不錯的，很近車站及大英博物館。

With kitchen is good part. If shower can improve will be better.

Quite dirty, have smell in room. But close to the UG and museum

There are free breakfast: milk, coffee, toast, jam and Cereal. The bed and the pillar is really too soft to make you feel comfortable, the height of the space is not enough that it's not possible to sit straight on the bed. The wall is not soundproof that you can listen to the word they talk from next door. You should pay 1.5 pounds per day for locker if you need it as well. However, it takes five minute to British museum, and the Russel Square station take you one minute walking that is really convenient to arrive from Heathrow airport. The price is fair enough while all what you need is a bed.

交通方便，附近有商場，基本吃飯、購物還可以。 洗澡沒洗到熱水，公共浴間沒有置物籃架很不方便，出入人等較複雜，各種人種、年齡層都有。 我住13人房，房間擁擠，沒有置物空間，出入會因人置放行李於走道受影響。

地理位置很好，房間比較臟亂，可能較多是住客長期住宿的原因。有準備乾淨被單的枕套。整體而言潔淨程度一般，可以接受。早餐質量太差。
