I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I paid so much money for about 6 nights but resulted I got the room with such bad view. Could you please check if they provided the incorrect room type for me?

Very nice stay in London. My wife and I have been staying in Langham for 8 nights in London. Very good position in downtown London. Room is cozy, clean and luxury. Will be back here next time.

总体还不错，但是管理不够人性化。我每年住那么多次这个酒店，还是会员，说只能延迟退房到2点，但是我们带着孩子，一堆行李而且白天要出去买些东西回来打包，只是因为飞机是晚上，申请4点回来取行李再退房都不可以。以后不会住伦敦这间了！

We loved the Langham charming hotel, great staff and amazing service. 10/10 for cleanliness, 10/10 for staff.

Food horrible however service was wonderful the hotel staff was so kind they upgraded the room because I’m handicapped n couldnt get to the room I was assigned it was delightful n really beautiful it was close to all the good shopping n nice sites

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a very very nice hotel and I can’t imagine even those used to the absolute best, being disappointed in their stay. I suppose one could argue the main dining room is very very slightly off with its interior design, but every single other aspect of this hotel is fantastic.

The hotel was gorgeous, and the hotel staff members were gracious throughout the stay.

Loved staying here - the best service. Liked there eco friendly reusable glass water service - no wasted containers:) Will come back!

Small rooms but excellent customer service

Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late it was.
