A gem of a hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, small but clean rooms , comfortable beds and a perfectly adequate bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

Arriving at the Westbridge we were pleasantly surprised when reception advised us that we’d been upgraded free of charge from a Standard Double room to a Double Suite. However, what a major disappointment this was. After climbing 3 flights of stairs with cases (as there was no lift) into the older part of the building we arrived at what can only be described as an attic area. On entering our room we found it to be absolutely tiny with a low ceiling, a slightly sloping floor and the smallest toilet/shower room we’ve ever seen - to be honest the only space to move about was around the bed itself giving it an extremely cramped feeling. Now I’m all into quirky, olde-worlde charm but this is far from it. My first thought was if this was an upgrade then what was the actual standard room like? The room was also really hot so when we went to bed we put the room’s air conditioning on but this made a loud whirring noise - on turning it off and opening the only tiny window (which could only be opened about 6 inches, unless you signed a disclaimer) we then noticed a din coming from the 3 huge air conditioning units directly across the way on the building opposite….the constant noise from which went on all night. Put that together with a lumpy, squeaky double bed (that we noticed had a wedge in one corner due to the uneven floor) and bed sheets that were as noisy and rough as newspaper, it didn’t result in a good nights sleep. Furthermore under the bed there was a constant flashing light,

Everything was clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality and well presented. Would recommend to anyone else.

The room while clean and well appointed, was not well sound proofed and needed to be to reduce outside traffic noise (adjacent to a main road) and of a wedding event being held in a large venue immediately opposite our room window on the ground floor (G3) - this made for a disturbed nights sleep sadly which slightly spoiled our stay.

Room was clean and comfy, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is right on a high street and walking distance (15-20 mins) to a tube, maybe 5 mins or less to DLR. It was quiet enough but we had a ground floor room so curtains had to be closed at all times and you could hear people and cars when they went past - wasn’t too loud so as to be disturbing. Did have multiple plug sockets that didn’t work and the light switches were a nightmare with lots of those that didn’t work too, which was a bit frustrating. Having said that, I would stay again as I think it offered decent value.

Wonderful and friendly staff. We love this hotel. Very clean and very quiet. Convenient to DLR, Westfield shopping centre and the tube. Highly recommend this hotel.

Exellent service and breakfast close to London city and O2 Arena, Stratford center is fantastic shopping.

Excellent boutique hotel A very warm welcome from very courteous staff- lovely room (suite) with every thing you could want Free WiFi tea coffee hot choc biscuits bottled water fridge dressing gowns slippers iron/board. Air con Excellent location for the ABBA Arena. We had a lovely pizza and wine for dinner but didn’t have breakfast as had spotted a lovely little cafe nearby.

Lovely hotel.,Efficient friendly staff. Nice outside area . We were upgraded to a suite which really nice. Very clean. Fantastic breakfast . Enjoyed our stay , will be back .

Room was clean staff good we were put in aroom were the window was locked we asked for key to open at times they said no as it was a safety risk that window being locked was a major concern as a fire hazard very dissatisfied wit this

Great hotel. Staff were extremely, welcoming,helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. Comfy bed. Powerful shower. Very nice toiletries (Rituals)Tea, coffee making facilities, fridge, complementary water. Breakfast buffet was good. We didn't try, but 24 hour pizza looked and smelled great. Lovely little courtyard where we sat in the sun with our drinks

The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of continental and hot food. There was a lovely tranquil sunken garden area to unwind and have cocktails and drinks, very secluded and quiet, with a nice bar area. Very near and convenient to the Abba Arena. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay. Walking distance to Abba arena. Good selection at breakfast and pizza available day/evening. Little courtyard, nice for a drink. Friendly staff, 15% of a couple of near by restaurants when staying at the Westbridge. Room was compact with bathroom door only opening part way on to the bed.

Great hotel spotless, great breakfast,staff were great,great location for ABBA VOYAGE, and have great big shopping centre 2mim walk away and train station ,tube and bus station next to shopping centre we had great w/end.
