Fantastic hotel, very spacious room go myself, my husband and our two young children and one baby. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. They were always smiling, I don’t think saw one member of staff without a smile in their face, and not a forced smile, a real hearty smile. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. The only thing I would suggest is to have a few more dairy free options. Plenty of gluten free choices. We had dinner at the hotel one night. It was pricey but the food was delicious. The staff serving were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My baby had a dairy allergy and I am breastfeeding, so I am also dairy free. My baby also had other intolerances and I have allergies myself. The staff were very accommodating and checked with the chef for options for me. The only option I had was delicious - it is not their fault that I could only eat one thing in the menu as my baby and I just have quite a few allergies/intolerances between us. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and decorated to a high standard. Complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits, as well as a bottle of still water and one of sparkling water were available. Unfortunately we were unable to make use of the pool this time as we had plans for each day, but we look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future and to using the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room is clean and comfortable. Reception and staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast with good choice as well
