Very bad experience, the hotel’s location is good close to the diving place . But all other are very bad . The first of all I asked hotel book the car for pick up from airport, it’s charge 200 one way , but when I asked the driver stop in the way just drop my friend they charged other 100 ! It’s just a min ! Just on the way ! Said I didn’t say before , ok when u leave I asked before , but hotel said they don’t know maybe ok , but when I asked driver still 100 ! An other is I arrived very late they gave me a very very dirty room . I asked housekeeper came to clean it took 1 hours, but still the bed is dirty ! I will never come back !

Not a great stay, room was a bit run down. Ants on the floor, shower dirty, bed head lots of wear and tear. We checked out early. Not any gluten-free friendly options.

Bathroom needs maintenance and cleaning wasnt great. Staff were ok but the quality of the food was average and underwhelming sadly. Wifi was so slow and not working well.

Breakfast food ran out way before the end of breakfast time. Bar - ordered 2 drinks and got one already while the server started serving other patrons and never served my drink. I had to remind her but it was too late for it so we left.
Room was for two people but they only left one bath towel and no face or hand towels. We requested more towels and they only brought one each.

Reception, food and beverage staff and activities staff were very nice and always accommodating. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss and hotel needed reminding to replenish water bottles, coffees and towels. Plenty of interesting and fun activities for all ages.
