Staff was AMAZING, especially Simeli, Mereoni from Activities and Maggy at reception. You can learn so much about Fijian culture with the Fire Walkers, trip to the village, Kava ceremony, etc. The beach was beautiful and the rooms fantastic. The food was delicious and the hospitality of everyone went far and beyond. Vinaka!

The resort was so laid back and relaxing. We were treated like family by the staff. Their breakfast buffet was excellent and other meals at the restaurants were also very good. We both had massages at their spa and highly recommend it. We had an issue with our rental car not starting, and 3 of the employees went out of their way to make sure that we got it resolved. Overall, we highly recommend staying at this beautiful resort. The grounds and vegetation are gorgeous, including a beautiful Lilly pond by the spa.

Very bad experience, the hotel’s location is good close to the diving place . But all other are very bad . The first of all I asked hotel book the car for pick up from airport, it’s charge 200 one way , but when I asked the driver stop in the way just drop my friend they charged other 100 ! It’s just a min ! Just on the way ! Said I didn’t say before , ok when u leave I asked before , but hotel said they don’t know maybe ok , but when I asked driver still 100 ! An other is I arrived very late they gave me a very very dirty room . I asked housekeeper came to clean it took 1 hours, but still the bed is dirty ! I will never come back !

There was a bit of confusion on check in as they have two lobby’s and one accomodation section on the marina and another facing to pool area. We went to one but we were staying in the other.
I was unwell and just wanted to go to the room but we were kept waiting some time and then eventually walked down to the other lobby and as we went I was told we had a room upgrade and we were in a premium room now and got given the key to that room…and then we got to the other lobby and they took that key off me and put us back in standard room!
The bed was comfortable, the fly screen needs replacing as a few holes but on Marina so lots of mozzies.
The restaurant food range was pretty good and the staff were all very friendly. Probably the best hotel in the area without paying $500+ a night

I found the staff to be friendly and the room to be fairly clean, but it smelled mildewy. The resort itself is in a state of disrepair with a dirty elevator, doors in the halls covered in stains and dirt. The breakfast was hit and miss, some of it was good some of it was really inedible. The pool is also in a state disrepair as are some of the ocean facing chairs. The worst part is they took a ‘deposit’ when I arrived and have ignored my 3 follow up emails on when I can expect a refund (it has been weeks) AND one time I left my wallet in my room (hidden in my suitcase) some one stole money out of it (an amount the you might not notice, but i did). Avoid this place.

Solid place to stay in Pacific Harbor, very convenient if you’re doing the bull shark dives. Nice grounds, couple pools, lots of ocean access. Meals a bit overpriced, but staff was lovely and very helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable, if not super new.

Not a great stay, room was a bit run down. Ants on the floor, shower dirty, bed head lots of wear and tear. We checked out early. Not any gluten-free friendly options.
