Haven Hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Really nothing to criticize. The room is very beautiful and glamorous, facilities are good, location is convenient (just right next to old market hall)... The BEST thing is the buffet breakfast, a variety of food supplied with an amazing view. Everything is wonderful and all of us felt so sad that we only had a three-day stay in Haven Hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, not just a haven but a heaven! :)

If you take the "wrong" elevator down to the reception, and have forgotten your keycard - you get to walk around forever until you realise you have to exit the building to the courtyard, walk around the whole block, to reach the reception and get a new keycard. Other than that - a lovely hotel. I would come back, but ask for extra keycards to put in each jacket... ;-)

Aamiaisbuffa oikein hyvä ja kivassa miljöössä. Aamiaista ei kannata tilata huoneeseen, on kapeampi valikoima (ymmärretävästi), mutta silti. Hotelli sijainniltaan loistavalla paikalla ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Voisin tulla toistekin.

Hotel Haven was a great place to stay in Helsinki. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. One day when we gad to go out at 6:30 am, they suggested puttingbtogether a take-away breakfast for us. I realize that if you ask, many hotels will do this. I was impressed that I didn't have to ask. The buffet breakfast was amazing. There was a ginger shot to start your day. A honeycomb dripped its honey into little bowls. Great bread. Eggs, porridge. Herring three ways. Gravlax. Hot snd vold vegetables. Turkish yogurt. Chia pudding. Fresh fruit salad and sliced fruit. Cereals. Pastries...even candy. And the coffee was perfect, very strong, but not bitter. If you prefer espresso or cappuccino, there is a machine where you can make your own. Our room was good and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a rainfall shower which was nice. Our only complaint about the room was that there was almost no closet space. We couldn't unpack at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast unmatched.
