It’s a 15 minute walk from Terminal one. You can take the tram for seven euros. No hotel shuttle available. Hotel is located in a relatively poor neighborhood. Expect to find people begging on the streets. Hotel staff were very nice. The breakfast was not very appetizing.

Given the cost of the room, this was very good value for money. We were pilgrims requiring access to the Basilica which was only a 15 minute walk away. The location of the hotel was quiet and peaceful and the staff were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly adequate and tasty which all led to a very pleasant say with comfortable beds and bathroom facilities

Hôtel, à fuire personnel pas du tout sympathique, j’ai eu un vol dans ma chambre, ils ne veulent même pas reconnaître les choses j’ai fait une réclamation, il me répondent qu’il m’offrent un petit déjeuner à 11 € contre un parfum qui est disparu de ma chambre, les chambres sont sales elles sentent mauvais. Le confort est nul pour ce prix là je ne le conseille pas du tout

Basic room, but all that I needed... good bed, good shower, and good TV. The hotel very near to Park Phoenix tram stop which made easy to get to from the airport and easy to cheaply get to Nice centre. The breakfast was great value and good quality. I would definitely stay there again.

Vi valgte B&B ud fra tæt på "strand" og pris. Hvad vi ikke vidste, var, at det er en ren stenstrand og det var umuligt at tørre tøj. Mener, vi var der 1 uge og skulle videre på ferie, så det ville have været prisværdigt med en lille tørresnor. Men ellers var der fin service og både ophold samt mad var super. Hvad vi manglede, var fx en oversigt over byen samt hvordan toget - købe og refundere billet fungerede. Der kunne også godt have stået, at fandt vi en p-plads udenfor hotellet, er denne gratis, såfremt vi overholder regler. Rengøringspersonalet virkede ikke helt, i hvert fald den ene, som havde hun lyst til jobbet. Alt i alt fik vi det til at fungere. Vi havde selv tørresnor og klemmer med.
