Hotel Bahia is an amazing hotel for those who’re looking to hang around the village or its neighboring towns. It’s right between Cannes and Nice. The rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly nice and very helpful; they helped me quite a lot. And the pool and gardens are lovely places to be in as well. If you’re going to stay in the room most of the day, you might want to take a big room, but the smaller ones are more than sufficient for those who just want a comfortable place to be once they’re back from the cities around. It’s probably the best value for money hotel in the area.

Kort tid etter innsjekking oppdaget vi en kraftig kloakk-/avløpslukt på rommet. Da vi meldte fra, fikk vi beskjed om at hotellet var fullbooket og at det ikke var mulig å bytte rom. Resepsjonsdamen kom med duftespray. Først etter at vi kontaktet Hotels.com, og de tok kontakt med hotellet, fikk vi et nytt rom. Ved utsjekking møtte vi hyggelig ansatt som beklaget opplevelsen, og vi trodde saken var løst. Dessverre ble hele inntrykket ødelagt av brevet vi mottok i etterkant. I stedet for å vise forståelse brukte hotellet store deler av brevet på å forklare hvorfor de mente vi tok feil. De skrev at ingen andre gjester hadde opplevd lignende problemer og antydet at vi kanskje bare var mer følsomme enn andre. Dette stemmer dårlig. Vi fant en verifisert anmeldelse på Hotels.com som omtaler illeluktende korridorer, og hotellet har selv svart på den. Vi snakket også med et norsk par på bryllupsreise som bodde i samme etasje. De fortalte at de valgte å forlate hotellet fordi de ikke lenger klarte stanken. (Andre etg) Problemer kan skje på alle hoteller. Det avgjørende er hvordan gjestene blir behandlet. Min mann har vært pilot siden 1986 og bor på hotell rundt 250 netter i året. Det er svært sjelden han har opplevd lignende behandling. . Det var ikke lukten alene som gjorde oppholdet så skuffende – det var måten hotellet håndterte saken på, både før Hotels.com ble involvert og i kommunikasjonen etterpå. Vi kan dessverre ikke anbefale dette hotellet .

A good hotell if you plan to not spent any time at the hotel room, room is OK, outside area of the hotel room could have been cleares, more welcoming and cozy. The breakfast was very bad, only unhealthy breakfast options, do not recommend. The area is nice, plus points for pool. The hotel has very strikt rules by the pool, can only bring water, we thought that was very Strange. Very friendly receptionist.

Unfortunately, my wife and I choose to cut our stay short from this hotel. I would love to provide more stars, but our experience fell short of expectations. The doors didn’t work- we arrived by car and could not get thru the gate. The doors from pool to sea did not work. To top it off, we got locked out onto our balcony but hotel staff came and helped us out when we called. Worst though were the gloomy hallways to our room- smelly and gloomy. No drinking glasses in room, the staff gave us some when we asked.

Personnel lent à arriver pour l’enregistrement et récupérer la clé. Parking en plus (10€) alors que ce n’était pas indiqué dans la description. Petit déjeuner à partir de 7h ce qui est assez tard en semaine, dommage de ne pas avoir pu en prendre en du coup. Problème d’édition de facture le matin avant de partir.

Opholdet levede desværre slet ikke op til forventningerne. Morgenmaden var en oplevelse, man helst ville have været foruden, og bestemt ikke noget der retfærdiggør prisen. Serviceniveauet var generelt meget skuffende. Personalet fremstod flere gange arrogante, uimødekommende og uden den mindste forståelse for almindelig kundeservice. Derudover virkede airconditionen på værelset ikke, og i forsøget på at “løse” problemet gik personalet gentagne gange ind på værelset uden ordentlig varsling. Der blev nærmest ikke banket på, før døren blev åbnet, og ved en af episoderne stod min partner næsten uden tøj på. Det efterlod os med en manglende følelse af privatliv, hvilket gjorde opholdet langt mindre behageligt, end det burde have været.

Lo mejor era la vista a la playa por un precio elevado y la competencia de 2 personas de personal Lo peor la limpieza, que no limpiaban la habitación y cuando lo hacían sòlo barrían, ni puertas ni cristales, ni telarañas,ni grasas en las puertas Horrible!!! Y si decías algo te decían que mañana y al día siguiente seguían sin limpiar bien.
