Nice room in a very central and convenient location. Desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Everything was going great, but I could not ignore that a very expensive bag of Swiss chocolate disappeared after our first day. I informed reception, who asked what the value what the value was .. We didn't request reimbursement or anything, but let them know It left a bitter taste. It was still a good stay and I would return, being more conscious of what we leave in the room.

I would never stay here again simply because the shower was TINY. Its made for a skinny child. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway and rooms next to you. And it has the smallest elevator on earth. It literally holds two people or one person and luggage. My bed was uncomfortable and had two FLAT pillows.
But staff was polite and its a decent location
