The only inconvenience is that toiled was across the room from shower and sink. Never seen this anywhere. Location was fantastic

Nice room in a very central and convenient location. Desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Everything was going great, but I could not ignore that a very expensive bag of Swiss chocolate disappeared after our first day. I informed reception, who asked what the value what the value was .. We didn't request reimbursement or anything, but let them know It left a bitter taste. It was still a good stay and I would return, being more conscious of what we leave in the room.

I would never stay here again simply because the shower was TINY. Its made for a skinny child. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway and rooms next to you. And it has the smallest elevator on earth. It literally holds two people or one person and luggage. My bed was uncomfortable and had two FLAT pillows. But staff was polite and its a decent location

Lovely clean and spacious room, we didn't have breakfast but I'm sure that would be 5 stars too!

Unbelievable property! The staff was amazing. The area is walkable to most everything. The room was perfectly and authentically Paris! This will be my spot whenever I go to Paris!

Awesome neighborhood, lots of restaurants and night life. Close to huge metro station. Can get everywhere in Paris from Chatalet easily. Loved it.

Châtelet is in the centre of Paris, right next to Seine river. The hotel is clean, safe, the room a good size for the price. We got a last-minute deal that was incredible so no complaints here. Location is the best and my giant window in my room was beautiful.

Amazing hotel, the renovations were still happening when we were staying there, but it was coming together and I can only imagine how awesome it looks now. The rooms were super modern, and clean with great big windows to the street which would fill up with light every morning which was awesome. The bed and the washroom was super clean as well. The staff were super polite, friendly and helpful. There was a young lady at the reception most days and she was super kind and always ready to help. Also she spoke perfect English, which even made it better. The room was huge too, compared to the other hotels that I have stayed at in Paris. Considering the location and room conditions during the high season they offered the best pricing and experience possible. Can’t wait to see what the hotel will look like when the renovations are fully done.
