We enjoyed a very warm welcome at Hotel Renoir and were offered a quiet room away from the road. We had a spacious bedroom and the location was perfect for the harbour beaches shopping and dining in the old town. Highly recommended

The hotel is within 5 minutes walking from the Cannes Station, the staffs are extremely helpful, telling us where to go and the hottest place now in Cannes. The hotel has a private beach, which is nice. Easily access to every places in Cannes, all by walking distance. The room is clean and spacious, nicely decorated and managed to get some quality sleep.

This hotel was a lovely surprise to my MIPTV trip this year. I go to Cannes twice a year for MIP. The price of accommodation becomes horrendous during this period and all the rooms are gone very early. i booked Renoir because there were very few options left for me when I made my booking. Thought the price was tripled its normal price, the room, the service, the location were superb. My room was a suite, with spacious sitting room and a seperate living room. The welcoming macarons and rosy wine was a extra suprise for me. will come back again.

Expérience absolument inacceptable. Lors de notre séjour, une employée occupant le poste de première de réception d'origine roumaine a endommagé ma valise alors que lorsque je la lui ai confiée, celle-ci était en parfait état. À cause de cela, je me suis retrouvé avec une valise totalement inutilisable et j’ai dû en racheter une nouvelle à mes propres frais. Lorsque j’ai demandé des explications, cette employée s’est montrée particulièrement agressive et violente dans son attitude, aussi bien envers moi qu’envers mon ami. Au lieu de chercher une solution, elle a refusé toute responsabilité, nous a à peine écoutés durant tout l’échange et a fini par nous claquer la porte au nez en affirmant : « Vous n’avez aucune preuve de toute façon. » Une attitude profondément choquante envers des clients. Le lendemain, une autre employée de la réception nous a confirmé que cette responsable, pourtant première de réception, adoptait régulièrement un mauvais comportement avec les clients et passait davantage son temps à bavarder avec sa collègue ukrainienne plutôt qu’à assurer un service sérieux. Cela ne nous surprend malheureusement pas, puisque lors de notre problème nous avons été totalement ignorés et pris de haut. J’ai perdu de l’argent, je n’ai reçu aucune considération et j’ai été sincèrement choqué par le manque de professionnalisme de ces deux personnes. Étant influenceur, je serai bien évidemment contraint de faire part de cette très mauvaise expérience autour de ma communauté!

The location was very good. The breakfast spread was also very good. But the hotel needs a major overhaul of it is to be rated 4 or 5 star. However one staff made all the difference - that was Ladine! Extremely warm, personable and caring - always willing to help, and ensuring maximum comfort for all 9 of us!! She certainly made our stay worthwhile. She is a huge asset to the hotel management. Thank you, Ladine! Very much...

This is a gem of a hotel with great location, and a wonderful, attentive staff ready to assist with everything. Gabriella at the reception was especially sweet and patient. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, bed and pillows super comfy, and towels soft and fluffy. Loved staying at this hotel and would gladly stay there again! The charm and comfort of this boutique hotel has won me over!

Um hotel com a cara da imponência que a Riviera Francesa exibe. Um prédio antigo, muito bem conservado, acompanhando a arquitetura de uma linda cidade. Na entrada do Centro histórico, com apenas uma rua dividindo o espaço. Ficamos no quarto Luxo, portanto, uma experiência completa. Vista para o mar e os principais pontos de atenção da cidade; quarto glamouroso, amplo e requintado, Café da manhã francês ao extremo: poucas opções, sem grandes desperdícios, mas todas com o que há de melhor na gastronomia francesa - com destaques para os queijos, embutidos, manteigas e demais acompanhamentos.

Bonjour, je ne suis pas contente car je viens de recevoir un mail me demandant de payer une consommation de mini bar alors qu’on a pas consommé du tout. Il est hors de question que je paie alors que il y a eu erreur de chambre merci de mieux contrôler et de me rappeler
