非常沒有人性的階梯，使用大件行李非常不方便。沒有任何的協助，雖然地點不錯，但是進入大廳前許多階梯！停車場高度太低，van無法進入，必須停在1.6km遠的停車場，非常非常不方便！早餐非常簡單，乏善可陳。這是住過最差的4星級飯店

除了近Pont D'avignon 之外, 其他沒有特別, 房間冷氣好像壞了, 很熱. 如果你搭TGV, 這酒店位置是很偏遠的, 當初訂時被Avignon Center 誤導了, 以為好近, 原來Avignon 有兩個火車站, 另一個叫Avignon TGV, 這個才是遊客會搭的火車, 請hotels.com更改酒店資訊.

Rather tired and small rooms. Good location for city sites. Parking description is misleading as this is a multi-storey car park with a couple of unloading spaces as you drive in - anyone booking will get an email explaining this but it is certainly NOT the hotels secure car park!

Un hôtel incroyablement bien situé (1mn à pied du palais des papes) mais très défraîchi un peu indigne de ses 4 étoiles. En revanche le personnel est très sympathique. Mention spéciale à Virginie du front desk! Très bon petit déjeuner. L’accès direct au parking depuis l’hôtel est un atout indéniable.

Tolles Hotel mitten in der Stadt für einen Kurztrip. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für ein/zwei Nächte ist es perfekt aufgrund der super Lage. Zudem ist das Hotel durch das Parkhaus erreichbar. Es gibt eine Be- und Entladezone für die Koffer direkt im Parkhaus vor dem Hotel Eingang, sodass keine Koffer über diverse Treppen geschleppt werden müssen. Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder wählen.
