je suis arrivé un peu tôt, heureusement il y a un très bon restaurant adossé à l’hôtel. La chambre était confortable sans bruit de voisinage, l’isolation du Velux est un peu légère mais malgré tout j’ai bien dormi. Je recommande cet établissement

Staff very helpful. Hotel is well located. Walkable to town centre. Good bar and other restaurants nearby. However, the building is looking tired. We booked this hotel because it came up after using a “pool” filter. In the event, there was no pool. And the fitness centre was closed.

Un chien qui aboyait dans la chambre d a cote, juste inssuportable, j'ai du changer de chambre / la chambre dans laquelle j ai sejourné sentais la cigarette, cuvette des toilettes sale avec de l'urine, je l'ai signalé à la gouvernante et nous sommes allés constater ensemble, elle est encore capable de me dire que le pipi qui a coulé sur la ceramique c'est de la poussiere.... petit dej avec des oeufs industriels et froids, aucune hygienne, le frigo sent mauvais / point positif : le parking

Goede ligging vlakbij de N2 en bij het oude stadscentrum. Ruime gratis parking. De kamers zijn sterk verouderd en hebben een grondige renovatie nodig. Het ontbijt is nogal duur maar correct wat aanbod en kwaliteit betreft.

Je ne mets jamais de commentaire mais là je me permets de rendre service à un futur client qui pourrait se faire avoir. Attention, le site indique la climatisation dans les chambres alors qu'il n'y en a pas. Quand vous parlez au patron de l'établissement il vous envoie simplement baladé. Lorsque vous prenez votre douche, pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain il faut sortir de la douche pour aller le chercher côté lavabo. A FRANCHEMENT ÉVITER

This was a very late booking following a Car breakdown and we were really just grateful I haven’t found somewhere. We booked this based on previous experiences with Kyriad at hotels but it was quite disappointing. The rooms were very basic and bland. Buffet Breakfast was very poorly stocked I’m unable to find any members of staff to help replenish things. Unlike other Kyriad hotels, this isn’t one we will be returning to.

Petit déjeuner peu varié et pas copieux. Parking extérieur libre d'accès en cul de sac. Peut- être avec une vidéo surveillance mais pas de portail de fermeture la nuit. Personnel de permanence la nuit à l'accueil. Chambre propre, bon matelas double mais pas très large, TV de bonne qualité. Par contre: - Porte d'entrée non entretenue et grinçante - Équipements salle de bain médiocre et vieillissant (miroir de glace piqué, robinetterie de baignoire à tirette fuyarde qui oblige à activer un fort débit pour maintenir la douche) - joints de baignoire moisis - trou et moisissures dans le meuble de lavabo dans l'angle avec la baignoire (signalé), - salissures sur la porte de salle de bain - cuvette toilette dévissée et de très mauvaise plastique - traces d'insecte écrasés sur mur WC - taxe de séjour prélevé 3 fois pour une nuit ??
