鄰近地鐵和火車站，房間乾淨整潔，周邊吃喝方便，步行可達Bercy Village和Musée des Arts Forains，可是博物館竟然要預約阿！！這就是沒有做好功課的遺憾，想去的記得要事先預約。值得一提的是，櫃台雖然沒笑容，但卻非常仔細地告知每一位房客關於飯店的使用事項，以致於等待辦理入住久了些，很用心，雖然沒笑容但也還算親切喔。

在这里住了三晚，整体感觉还是不错，很满意，工作人员都很热情，并且很愿意帮您解决旅途中的问题。我也很喜欢他们的早餐。附件有个小公园，早上沿着塞纳河跑步是件很不错的事。若是遗憾的地方就是周围有点小乱，可能是因为有工地吧，还有作为知名星级酒店，又不是市中心，为什么没有健身房呢？

Hôtel situé juste à côté de la salle Accor Arena Bercy. Juste parfait. Hôtel, chambre … propre rien à redire Restaurant : bon. Personnel : très bien !! Nous y reviendrons si nous avons un nouveau concert là.

On est loin d'un 4 étoiles. Pas de patère dans la chambre pour accrocher son manteau, pas de bouteille d'eau de bienvenue, fuite dans la bas de la douche qui inonde le sol, pas le moindre petit bureau ou table pour travailler. Décevant

The room was small, but overall everything else was good. However, I had one concern during checkout: the front desk asked if two people from our room had eaten lunch at the hotel and were about to charge us for it, which we hadn’t. While they corrected the issue (didn't charge), they did not apologize for their error. I believe an apology would have been appropriate and would have left a better impression.
