巴黎貝爾西中心鉑爾曼酒店

Everything is very good. I love to live in this hotel and this hotel is one of my favourite hotel. I must live in it for my next Paris trip.

（Ａ）我們住了４天套房，視野非常好，面對美麗的河景；隔音也同樣好，完全聽不到樓上或同樓層的腳步聲。房間有３面大玻璃窗，很厚，戶外的車聲是微弱的，儘管面對一條塞納河邊的主要道路。 （Ｂ）４５平方公尺的房間很寬，可以多加一張單人床。 （Ｃ）浴室也很寬，唯一缺點是沒有浴缸。 （Ｄ）早餐很豐富，可惜四天都沒有變化。（它是免費的，所以我們並不抱怨） （Ｅ）最後一天延後退房２小時，沒有事先告知要額外付費。 整體而言，這是美好的一次住宿。

很棒的飯店，附近就有商店街和地鐵站 機能很好

Services déjeuner , spa , restaurants et cadre magnifique mais malheureusement chambre très mal insonorisé. On entendait la circulation des voies sur berge et la le bruit des gouttes d'eau de pluie résonne excessivement sur les cadres des fenêtres métalliques. Très mal dormi à cause de ça .

Great experience

Firsty, on arrival we had to pay 300 Euros. The reason we chose this property was because it didn't detail anywhere about any deposit. Like so many of the other hotels. So be aware of this! The good bits..... Amazing breakfast, lots of choice and open between 6.30am and 11am. The staff were polite. A lot of the staff spoke English. A beautiful terrace that you could sit out on. A great swimming pool, facilities and right next to Bercy Village. It is also a three minute walk to the Metro station Cour Saint-Emilion. So really easy to get into the centre of Paris. A very nice, safe area with lots of cafes and eating places. The annoying bits..... Well having to pay a 300 Euro deposit without being made aware of this! The staff were polite, however, when I asked for a new hairdryer (the one in our room was broken) one never appeared. We were there for 5 nights. I also asked for a jug of water and we never received this either. So the staff aren't very good when you ask for things. The hotel is a bit run down. Though the bathrooms are beautiful and well equipped. Very expensive if you purchase any food or drinks. Although having a drink on their beautiful terrace is worth it! Not a lot of food choice either. Hotel isn't as lovely as the pictures. Big hotel. It could be better! But a reasonable stay in a decent, Parisian area.

Hôtel parfait, les personnes de la réception sont très gentille et bienveillante. Chambre propre, et confortable.

We arrived a little early and simply inquired about leaving our luggage but to our pleasant surprise they allowed us early check in. This is a wonderful thing following a full day of travel.

Customer service was great, parking was easy.

Lugar excelente, indico com certeza, quarto familia, 2 camas de casal otimas, banheiro muito bom. Tv possivel linkar seu cel, porem nao smart, os atendentes da recepção sao bem.simpaticos. Bairro bonito, uma pena que nao consegui usar a estação de metro proxima.

Hotel was great. Close to the metro.

Overall a nice property downside very stingy on water only 2 bottles a day and you can’t have them refilled. Contacted them way in advance as we were staying to celebrate our anniversary they never responded or acknowledged some staff members need to work on their customer service skills

Comfort bed and friendly staff

Amazing location! Loved Bercy Village a 5 min walk to dozens of restaurants and a Carrefour Market, plus an excellent Boulangerie where we got pasteries and breakfast almost every day for amazing prices. The pool, the amenities everything was amazing and the staff, probably the most helpful during our entire trip. And right next to Metro! This is where I’d go back to every time,

Comfortable stay in an area that has been redeveloped with shops and cafes. Marie was exceptionally helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us

Excellent séjour dans un très bel établissement extrêmement bien positionné pour nous rendre au concert que nous sommes allés voir dimanche soir à l’accord Arena

Tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip in Paris. Tolles Frühatückbuffet mit vielen Köstlichkeiten. Leider fehlten meiner Meinung nach Einiges an Obst. Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer war unserer Meinung nach so lala.
