Upon arrival you are greeted always with a smile and a hello. From the excellent check in process, to concierge, and in a beautiful quiet and secluded enclave in Arc De Triumph area. Would highly recommend!

Yes the room was very nice, spacious, and staff above and beyond! BUT ISSUE with bill- we paid Expedia for a bundled package- airfare and hotel BUT Sofitel is investigating- they charged us too. Calling Expedia in am to hopefully resolve.
