Wir hatten ein Behinderten gerechtes Zimmer gebucht. Das hätte etwas größer sein dürfen und in der Dusche fehlte uns ein Duschstuhl. Auch war es schwierig den Eingang zu finden in dem es keine Stufen gab. Trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden im Hotel selbst.DasEssen war wunderbar,die Bärlauchsuppe einfach köstlich und das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet erfüllte alle Erwartungen und nochmals ein Lob für das Personal . Wir hoffen sehr das wir das Atrium Hotel bald wieder besuchen können.. Im übrigen liegt es in einem netten ländlichen Vorort von Mainz umgeben von Feldern und blühenden Obstbäumen die zu einem Spaziergang einladen.

Der Saunabereich ist wirklich sehr schön renoviert. Das Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert. Es war insgesamt ein entspannter Aufenthalt. Personal zum großen Teil auch wirklich zuvorkommend, nur beim Auschecken, wäre ein anderer Umgang mit der Mitteilung zum kaputten TV angebracht gewesen.

We stayed in the "Comfort Double Room" part of the hotel, and the place was far from 4-star superior quality. It felt like an unmaintained 1980s relic with unpleasant red shag carpet and almost zero soundproofing.
The room was objectively dirty and hazardous:
Hygiene: There was active mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower grout. The toilet had a visible brown biofilm build-up under the rim, and the water faucet was covered in heavy limescale.
Expired Food: I found coffee creamers that had expired over 100 days ago (Dec 2025) and minibar chips expired by two months.
Security: While we were out, housekeeping took an active key card from our room without explanation. We had to go back to the desk to reprogram everything because we didn't know who had it.
Service: Breakfast service was incredibly slow; it took a very long time just to get a coffee.
Management provided a partial discount after I showed them the photos, but a refund doesn't fix these health and safety issues. If you book here, be very careful which wing they put you in.

Overall a very nice hotel, in its German way.
Good quality is very good, however the menu is quite limited.
Parking is a bit inconvenient, as you must print an inbound ticket but later change it for a coin at the reception every day. When in bldg two quite a bit to walk and a bit of a timewaster.
Other than that I really enjoyed it. Beds are fair, room was very nice.

Das Hotel ist schön angelegt, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer. Die Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam und entgegenkommend.
Der Wellnessbereich ist in die Jahre gekommen, nicht besonders groß und dunkel. Den Garten haben wir dafür genossen.
Das Hotel liegt weit draußen. In Mainz selbst waren wir am Ende gar nicht

Alles war prima – das Frühstück war sehr lecker, der Pool ausgezeichnet und angenehm ruhig. Auch das Zimmer (Nr. 419) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Duschkopf war leider nicht sauber, sodass ich mich beim Duschen nicht ganz wohlgefühlt habe. Ansonsten war alles super – besonders die Klimaanlage war ein Pluspunkt. Ich würde sogar wiederkommen.
