The staff at the front desk is very rude, she ask 2 euro for each person for tax from us, I give her 5 euro for 2 of us , she didn’t give me change , are there any one experience for this kind tax before? And her attitude kind of rude too. Will never come back here again

We were warmly welcomed by Oscar. The room was clean, and it was very nice that the windows could be opened. The breakfast wasn’t super luxurious but perfectly fine with enough variety. During busy times, it can be a bit difficult to find a spot in the restaurant for breakfast. Public transport was very close by, and the possibility to park was extremely convenient with no unreasonable costs. All in all, if needed, we would book again. The tip I can give is that a 4-star hotel should at the very least provide coffee and tea facilities in the room.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Parkmöglichkeiten sind in den umliegenden Nebenstraßen vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig; zu Stoßzeiten kann es jedoch recht laut sein, wodurch kein unmittelbares Urlaubsgefühl entsteht. Die Zimmerklimaanlage war optimal und angenehm bei den sehr heißen Tagen in Frankfurt.
Leider traten am ersten Tag Wespen und am zweiten Tag Ameisen im Zimmer auf.
Dieses war mein zweiter Besuch und bestimmt nicht mein letzter Besuch.

Hotel was pretty basic but comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Cleaning staff were lovely and very helpful. Reception staff hardly spoke to us. It was our honeymoon, did send a message to hotel prior to our arrival-but they did nothing to acknowledge this and we were put in a quite a small room.

Het receptiepersoneel loopt niet over van vriendelijkheid. De kamer was oké, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Waarom dit hotel vier sterren heeft, is ons een raadsel of het moet het ieniemienie koelkastje op de kamer zijn. Verwacht in de badkamer ook geen extra's aan toiletartikelen (bijv. tissues); naast de aangebroken halve toiletrol bijv. ook geen extra rol wc papier. Het ontbijt was oké. Al met al zijn er betere opties in Frankfurt.
