Close to train station, but very quiet (5th floor room). Clean nice room. Very nice breakfast spread. Very convenient for walking into the old town, museums, restaurants, sights. Staff was very helpful.

The people of the frontdesk is very friendly. Triple Room is big for our family trip. Bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is also very clean.
Free WiFi is very fast around all area of hotel and rooms. We'll consider to book this hotel again for our next visit in Muenster.

房間很大, 很乾淨. 交通位置很好, 就在HBF對面50公尺處. 唯一的缺點是: check-in 櫃台在半樓處, 要先抬行李上半層樓的階梯才能check-in. Check-in櫃台旁有電梯到房間.

Das Badezimmer war in einem unterirdischem Zustand. Die Duschkabine defekt, die Silikonfugen waren braun und zum Teil nicht mehr vorhanden, der Toilettensitz lose und mit Ablagerungen darauf. Auch die fremden Haare auf dem Badezimmerboden gehören da sicher nicht hin. Wurde dort überhaupt vorher gereinigt? Ich glaube nicht...
Das Personal ist absolut unflexibel. Checkin erst ab 15:00 Uhr...und ja keine Minute früher. Auch die Bar wird Punkt 0:00 Uhr dicht gemacht...obwohl noch jede Menge Personen gemütlich zusammen sitzen und gerne noch etwas trinken möchten.
Die Lautstärke im Hotel ist das nächste Problem. Alles sehr hellhörig. Dann kommt noch hinzu, das mein Zimmer in Richtung Bahnhof war. Da war nachts auch Stimmung.
Ich habe mich von den vielen guten Bewertungen blenden lassen. Das Hotel Kaiserhof sieht mich ganz sicher nicht wieder!!!

Frühstück muss im Buchungspreis enthalten sein. Für 2 Personen 46,--€ für Frühstück ist unverschämt und ist eine indirekte Zimmerpreiserhöhung. Nebenan bei Kiepenkerl kostet das für 2 Personen 12,--€, geht doch.

sehr kleines Zimmer mit sehr sehr kleinem Bad.. als Erwachsener Mann mit 1.83 m ist es in dem Bad schon herausfordernd sich da zu bewegen.. also wer größer ist hat zu tun
Fitness: kleiner Raum ca 12qm- max 3 Personen - schon sehr sehr klein..
Frühstück gut aber 23 € definitiv zu teuer

The bathroom smelled a lot like mold in the bathroom. After opening windows it got better it seemed along time closed.
The breakfast was not bad but if I have to pay 23 €by person and than wait before it's my turn to get a coffee out of the machine it's not the best service. Even one machine for the whole breakfast arrea could be some more.
The location is central but having a disco behind the hotel with a lot of drunk people during the night is quite noisy.
For a cheap hotel it would be ok but not if I pay this price.

Ein schönes Hotel nah am Bahnhof. Gute Service, freundliche Mitarbeitern, einfaches Parken. Alles Prima.
Auch an den Hund ist gedacht samt Bettchen und Futternapf. Mann kann einfach den Promenade entlang gehen und gelangt einfach im Zentrum.

Der Parkplatz/Anfahrt ist hinter dem Hotel wird aber nicht mit der Adresse angegeben. Wir haben eine Suite gebucht. Im Badezimmer hat es dermassen gestunken, dass es jedesmal Überwindung brauchte um hinein zu gegen. Nach der Reklamation hat es geheissen, beim putzen sei vermutlich der Sifon verschoben worden, wir hätten ihn einfach wieder richten müssen. Die Türe zum Bad/WC konnte nur angelehnt werden. Das ganze Zimmer ist noch aus den 70er Jahren, könnte also ein Facelifting sehr gut gebrauchen. Auf den Flächen, Türen und Türrahmen gab es überall Fingerabdrücke, heisst: nicht wirklich geputzt. In der Nacht haben junge Leute im benachbarten Hof geplärrt, gekreischt und gelärmt bis morgens um 4 Uhr. Das Zimmer ist völlig überteuert für das was wir vorgefunden haben. Wir würden hier nicht mehr buchen!

Hôtel bien placé à Munster. Le personnel est accueillant. Par contre l’hôtel ne devrait pas être classé 4 étoiles concernant les chambres. Elles sont propres mais petites et le mobilier rustique. Les lits sont juste bien mais pas qualitatif. De plus, ce n’est pas grand chose, nous n’avions pas de bouilloire dans la chambre qui est censé être une suite deluxe

The place looks really good when you walk in. A great first impression. However, here are the issues:
1. The room air conditioner, as advertised, did not work at all. We aske for the AC to be fixed, and their answer basically was, "we fix when we can".
2. The toilet smelled horrible. No matter how many times they did clean the toilet, there is a horrible smell that came out of it.
3. The front desk staff was not very nice. Perhaps, because of the culture or language barrier, but still, they were not nice.
4. One day, I was sitting at the library, and one of the staff members came in and offered me coffee. I thought to myself, ok, they are being nicer. Nope, they brought coffee alright, bot charged me for it....For me there was no indication that there was a price, until she asked for the money.
5. I do have to say that the room service people were super nice.
