Great price room with flights for Berlin City Break. Hotel was spotless with welcoming staff, esp the lovely bartender! Super location near the Zoo. The bus 200 gets you where you need to be.

From arrival to departure the staff were excellent.
The room itself was clean and nicely laid out and the overall feeling of the hotel was one of calmness and comfort. Great breakfasts too.

Das Zimmer war ungemütlich und kalt. Nach einer Stunde Aufenthalt und Klimaanlage auf 26 waren es immernoch 20°C. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption kam ein Techniker als wir dann Spazeiren gegangen waren. Rückmeldung, es reicht nicht die Temperatur einzustellen, man muss bei der Klimaanlage von Auto auf Heat stellen. Am nächsten Morgen hatte das Zimmer dann eine angenehme Temperatur. Aber es blieb fusskalt. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte auch nicht. Ich solle halt die Badtür offen halten.
Später am Abend fragte ich nach einem Teller und Besteck. Es gab keine Teller, sondern nur Einmalbesteck.
Im Bad fehlte Lotion.
Die Nacht war kalt und es gab nur eine dünne Decke. Das Doppelbett waren zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbettten. Es gab also eine große kalte Ritze. - Nichts für eun Paar.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber auch hier fehlte es an Gemütlichkeit. Ein Standardfrühstück. Keine 4Sterne wert.

Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen. Bei einem Deluxe Zimmer erwarte ich schon etwas anderes. Stinkendes Zimmer. Hier scheint über die Lüftung ein sehr penetranter Duft über die Klimaanlage abgegeben zu werden und das konstant. Kein Bademantel bei einem Delxue Zimmer inkusive. Ranzige Dusche. Das Waschbecken unterm Waschtisch total am schimmeln.
