On 10'th - 13'th Mar 2019, We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, but room continues lost power 2 nights without any light, after notified no one to recover it, we only can can do is do anything in dark , it is very dangerous. When we checking out the front desk only shrugging and shows nothing to do with them, it is really the matter of bad manners

Perfektes Hotel in Mannheim. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer sehr modern und sauber. Frühstück mit allem was man braucht.

Aamiainen ruuhkainen, pöydissä varattu-kylttejä, loput pöydät likaisia ja edellisten asiakkaiden astioita täynnä. Löysin yhden vapaan pöydån josta minut ohjattiin sisääntulon viereen oviaukkoon istumaan. Selitys oli lounas, vaikka kello oli 9 aamulla. Lisäksi työntekijät puhuivat kovaan ääneen työasioitaan pöytäni vieressä. Filter kahvi oli ala-arvoista, vanhaa ja kylmää. Toisena aamuna paahtoleipää ei ollut lainkaan ja muut leivät eivät miellyttäneet minua!

Hôtel bien localisé au centre et proche des commerces. Seul regret, le couchage: 2 petits single matelas séparés dans un lit double, 2 couettes minuscules, et une alèze en plastique sur la matelas. Ca donne l'impression de coucher à l'auberge de jeunesse, loin du confort attendu d'un 4 étoiles.

The atmosphere was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent and cleaned to a high standard every day. The location of the hotel is central and convenient for exploring and shopping, but not disruptive at night. The Roof Top Bar is a great addition for chilling out of an evening.
