雅典娜大飯店

I stayed in the hotels 3 nights but was charged 5 nights.. and still cannot get my refund after 4 months.. terrible management. The overall environment is ok except they forced you to move to another hotel called Athenaeum Palace Hotel which is in the opposite side of the road.

There are two buildings of this hotel. The front desk would arrange you to either one so it's a little frustrating that you are not staying at the hotel you've seen online. We requested to stay at the one we booked and we waiting there for the front desk to check and arrange for AN HOUR... The manager came to coordinate with this and he was very nice. But still, the efficiency was terrible... took way too long.

We had booked this hotel for a three-night stay more than one month before we started our trip. However, when we checked in and provided the related documents, the staff of the reception suddenly told us we had actually booked another hotel of the group. She claimed that the names and addresses of the hotels are the same. As we had taken a long flight and had been exhausted, we didn't argue with the staff and let her bring us to the 'real' hotel. Afterwards, we realized that the 'real' hotel is called Athenaeum Palace & Luxury Suites and is located at the opposite road. This is the most ridiculous travelling experience we have ever encountered. People who wanna make reservation with this hotel please note.

飯店整體來說是蠻不錯，但位於主要道路旁有些面對馬路的房間會有一點吵。 由於飯店大廳很時尚，但以房間來講可以知道這飯店是拉皮過的建築物，我住的行政套房的房門一度卡住不能正常鎖門，早餐方面的話比較歐洲來講是差不多，要改進的是桌數太少，因為一遇到團客的話就要等桌子，若想輕鬆的吃早餐建議九點過後。

这次我一共订了13间房，是团队出来的，但是单独订房的，出发前邮件给酒店告知到达时间，到达时酒店已准备好房卡，入住非常快速。酒店大堂装修也很小文艺，洗漱用品也用得不错，最后一天赶早飞机，酒店还准备了打包的早餐。距离雅典卫城也很近，虽然我们有包车。整体评价很好。唯一的问题是有些房间稍微有点装修味道，不过开窗通风下ok了。非常推荐。

飯店離市中心有點距離, 不過扣除距離, 飯店的房間很新而且很大~ 最重要的是早餐也很好吃~~ 適合獨行或是二個人的旅行者

旅館是剛開，十分整潔！酒店大堂的感覺十分舒適，裝飾滿現代感，員工也很親善。早餐不錯，有不同種類的面包，但熱食選擇較少。

Grand disappointment for our party of 9

Perfect view of the acropolis and the breakfast was amazing. Transfer from the airport and to the cruise ship pier was easy to set up too!

Staff was super nice and helpful. Hotel was lovely, clean, up to date. Location was a little off because it is inbetween two strip clubs. Very loud on weekends. Other than that a great stay!

Rooms are really grand in size (comparing to other European hotels). Rooms marked with Acropolis view, are just a myth, you need binoculars to see Acropolis. Also this hotel is next to a strip club, we got room on 1st floor, there was very noisy music till 1am in the morning, could hardly sleep.

The customer service was amazing. Ivonna was so friendly and helpful, if I could give her all the Stars I would. The Property itself was nice however our bathroom did have water damage to the floor and door. Other than that my experience was amazing at this Property.

Air conditioner is not working, need to call receptionist then they switch on, it will work for 2 hours need to call them again, called them 3am, no sleep. Building next to it is strip club, you will hear noise until 1am. Avoid this place.

Place location not family friendly. They keep turning ac off and we had to fall them multiple times in the middle of night.

Personnel tres sympathique et au petit soin avec de gentilles intentions.

Hotel ok with very good Resturant next door. Many Girls around as there are 2 nightclubs next door. Onassis foundation next door as well !

Ok restaurant food and bar stuff very friendly such as the receptionists!!! Great service!!!
