Famille calme bien

Det var kun behov for å overnatte 1 natt mellom to flyreiser, men rommet var rent og stilfullt, og her kunne jeg bodd i mange dager om behovet var der. Personalet var vennlige og hjelpsomme. Gulvet i baderommet ble fylt med vann langt utenfor selve dusjen. Jeg skled og mistet fotfeste på vei ut av dusjen og var på nippet til å skade meg selv alvorlig. Det var også intet luftavtrekk på baderommet og jeg måtte åpne vinduet for at vanndampen skulle slippe ut. Med vinduet åpent ble jeg litt eksponert for hotellets andre beboere. For øvrig var rommet glimrende.

The staff was very nice but overworked! The room needed upgrades- the door deadbolt didn’t work, the shower control was missing ( so just a hand held nozzle which worked fine), one of the reading lights wouldn’t turn off. My sheets were clean and it was very quiet but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

This is a very large facility. All the information is at the check-in counter. Meaning what time the meals are, what the Wi-Fi password is. There is nothing in the rooms to give you any little bit of information on the hotel which was very disappointing as you have to go down to reception to see what time everything is. Surely the very basics of information could be left in the rooms. It looked like they may have had information on the TV, but the link wasn’t working

Room was dirty, multiple items in need of repair. Someone entered our room one evening after we were in bed sleeping…broken dead bolt on room door!

Evening buffet wasn’t too bad, but we arrived about an hour into service and there wasn’t mix left. The bedroom was meant to be for 2 adults and 1 child, what we for was 2 single beds shoved together and no bedding for the “sofa” bed. Breakfast was poor.

Food was below par and very basic. Staff was friendly and helpful, room condition could be improved on.

The Zeus Dolce aspires to be a five star hotel, it advertises itself as a five star hotel, it has the potential to be a five star. It is not a five star hotel at the present time!!! We booked the executive sea view bungalow, $300+ per night. Get to our room, no remote for the tv, light on the make up mirror didn’t work, safe didn’t work. The floor in the room was filthy. Dead bolt on door didn’t lock. (More on this later). The fitness center was dirty and most of the equipment was broken. Several elevators were out of service, We were in bed sleeping when someone came into our room, no working dead bolt! Whomever came into our room left quickly once he knew someone was home. We called the desk and they told us one of the staff accidentally entered our room? The next day we comprised a note with all of our concerns, the main one being the intruder, we took it to the front desk, Alexandra offered us a different room which we took, however it had no working internet. She also informed us that it wasn’t a staff member who entered our room??? In any event this hotel needs to improve tenfold to be a five star! The hotel did comp us a meal at one of the restaurants for our troubles. I highly recommend that people avoid this hotel.

Frosina in the spa was wonderful! It was a great stay - other staff also helpful with a few mix ups in our stay. Over all, we enjoyed it!

Fint ferieresort, desværre er ingen af faciliteterne åbne tidligt på sæsonen.

Superb hotel and it's amenities

Staff: not interested, poor welcome, empty hotel but no initiative to offer an upgrade (even paid), room booked says mountain view, but is essentially the back of the property which is an unkept slope. Room: small, and should not allow us to book for 4 plus luggages, essentially we’re crabbing in the room. In room service: concierge insist we use the non-existent QR code in the room. When they realised there’s no QR code in our room (older room), they suggest we come down to reception to collect otherwise it’s a fee to deliver to our room. Breakfast: Rubbish machine coffee provided, although barista onsite. Hotel does not advise you that the barista coffee for a cappuccino is included as part of your breakfast but any other drinks are chargeable. However, you will get a displeasing look from the barista if you go for a second as it’s only a single person running the set. Beautiful hotel but in sad state. Not lively at all considering it’s far from Athens city, some attempt to put some live into the hotel should be made. Staff need motivation or a turn-around of staff.
